It's the little details that makes an experience shine...zoetry at Marigot bay has some polishing to do
Beautiful resort. Excellent food though I felt limited in my options. The view from my room was stunning but the hill and 77 step climb to our room got a little rough. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Id like to make mention of Kerissa our butler...Davidson Lynn Nial and Dwayne there were a few others but I can't recall their names.

Beautiful resort
We had a great time at this resort, we have now been to 4 Zoetry's. This location is beautiful and relaxing. We weren't happy with the location of our room and Arleen (VIP Services) jumped into action and called Michelle (Room Supervisor). Michelle offered us upgraded room that was in a better location and made all the difference as far as our stay was concerned. Arleen is a gem, she was so personable and attentive. We were sorry we had no need for the frequent traveler program she wanted to do a presentation on. We were there for 6 nights. There is a restaurant (Hurricane Hole) a short walk down the pier with a little bakery located to the side. This is part of the resort and is included as part of the all-inclusive, we did know about it until another traveler told us about it. This property is VERY hilly with lots of steep inclines, walk up rooms as high as the third floor. If you are older or have any issues with knees, hip etc., take heed. The food was good, I'm not much of a food connoisseur but my husband is and he enjoyed mostly everything. There could have been a little wider selection, but it was fine for me. If you are looking for a quiet, seclude, restful, peaceful and relaxing vacation then this is an excellent stop. We went on the sunset cruise, which was great, coming back into the bay at night was absolutely stunning. Take insect stray, they have some in the room for you, but it does not have deet, I got multiple bites, I used skin-so-soft, it didn't work. The ride to/from the airport is 1 hour of hairpin turns and some steep hills, so be prepared for that. All in all, we had a great time and would go back. Be well!

The staff set this experience above and beyond what we expected! Dayne was our concierge and there was not a thing he wouldn't do to make sure our stay was perfect. The 1461 restaurant had 2 AMAZING bar |tenders! One was Thomas (st Thomas) and the other Davidson. They remembered what we liked every time! We feel in love with the amazing host Hilda! She would dance and sing and loved life! She treated us like mom and dad! I contribute this amazing crew to a great Manager named Alexander! He constantly made sure his staff was working and his customers were happy!!! We also met an genuinely sweet staff member banned Genia who made sure we could get a meal ordered early in the morning so we had our for our day excursion! We then encountered the magical Zoe Kamar and Dayne trio!!!!! Talk about professional and spot on with customer service... Wow weee!! I have to say the valet service was also PERFECT!!!! NOT A BAD SOUL HERE!!! Even the maintenance man Harold was kind enough to find an item we left in a room to us when they upgraded our room!!! Sincerely great experience because of the staff. Was odd not to have a beach and some of the areas need updating for sure to be 5 star. But bay is gorgeous and tranquil!

Wouldn’t recommend
While the resort location is beautiful, I would certainly not recommend this hotel to family or friends. Our biggest complaint was the food. There was a serious lack of options, and quality. For an all inclusive, the menus were lack luster and dull at best. By the 6th day, we were ready to leave and sick of the food options. There were no options for fresh fruit, which was surprising on an island, the fruit that was provided often looked old. The hotel itself still needs some work, the pool could use a few cleanings. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel beach was a fun boat ride away however local vendors made it difficult to enjoy the time there while pushing purchasing a variety of things from them. The best part about this hotel was the kind staff. Overall definitely needs some work and not a top of the line all inclusive resort.

Robbed Stay Away From This Hotel
Stay away robbed by their own staff $100 US dollars ordered a coconut at their private beach never received the coconut or change. Report was made with hotel manager & security their response was why did I trust their own with $100 US dollars with a smirk on their face . Food was terrible wait times for food alcohol beverages are 45 minutes or more. Room cleanliness is definitely very poor.Checked in as a couple made reservations as a couple and they would only put one towel in the room per day will call for extra towels and will bring one additional towel an hour to 2 hours later. They promised discounts for massages tours etc they sell you and say will apply discounts at the end of check out to then tell you if we signed up for their membership to get the discounts which is only way for the discounts. As hard working couples seeking for a relaxing vacation my wife and I are very disappointed with our stay at Zoetry Marigot Bay. Stay Away!
