I just had my wedding there with 80 guests and it was the BEST WEEK EVER. Zoetry Agua is the most beautiful all inclusive resort we have ever stayed at by far. Everything we ate there was absolutely delicious. All of our guests were absolutely blown away by everything and many of them are already planning their next vacation there! Not only is it a beautiful place but the service is absolutely unmatched. Every single worker there goes above and beyond for every guest. Yulia at the pool bar makes the best drinks, really kept all our guests happy while we all hung out. Georgie was the bartender for all of our events and he was greattttttttttttt, SOOO sweet and kept the party going. The entire entertainment team was phenomenal, in particular Benjamin during the day and Pike at night. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was having fun at all times. Marcelo at the lobby bar makes great drinks and kept up with all our guests so gracefully. The room service team were also so great, I wish I remembered their names but I think they all helped me at some point during our stay and they were ALL great. Same thing with the housekeeping team, every day they had a little surprise for us and they worked around our busy schedule, they were all so nice and helpful. Everyone was just simply amazing. I didn't have a single negative encounter with anyone. As for the wedding coordinator Albania, WOW!!!!!! she is an absolute ROCK STAR. I seriously do not have enough words to describe how great she is. She made all of my Pinterest board come to life so flawlessly. Not only is she the sweetest human ever, but she works her bum off to make sure every single detail is perfect. Our entire wedding week was smooth and magical thanks to her. Cant recommend her enough!!!!!! Out of 40+ rooms in our party, only 3 rooms had some kind of issue. They were worked on right away and they didnt stop until everything was fixed. I believe one guest still had an issue at the end of her stay but I am sure management will correct the problem with her because management is also great. I would recommend this resort to anyone that wants a relaxing quiet place and also I would recommend to any bride that is looking for a boutique resort vibe for their wedding. WE LOVE ZOETRY AGUA!

May 28, 2023Great retreat, but some annoyances.
Good: The food is quite good. Rooms are comfy and well serviced. The pools are super clean and peaceful. Very relaxing place. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is clean. Bad: Some of the all inclusive perks and activities are not automatic, however, and require prompting which is somewhat frustrating. Also, they will try to sell you on becoming a Hyatt lifetime member or whatever and try to get you to visit other resorts and sell more vacation packages to you. This is highly annoying. I already spent a bunch of money to relax and be left alone. I don't want to be harassed about spending more on future vacations. That left a bad impression.

Truly amazing !
It was honestly one of the best vacations I've had. I've stayed at four seasons ritz carltons and yes the food was slightly better there but turning off everything not having to think about money, and just be taken care of was uniquely wonderful! Every little detail was thought of and we were made to feel so great even on leaving. Thanks Amada and zoetry !

An all inclusive tranquil dream
This resort is a tranquility dream! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here with the goal of ultimate relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Horseback riding, massage, snorkeling, and kayaking are all part of the all inclusive benefits. 4 restaurants with rotating menus ensure endless food options. They are very good about food allergies or intolerances and double check every time you sit down to eat. A personal concierge is assigned to you to help with anything you need while you are there. They also set up our room decorated for our celebration! Would definitely stay again.

Honeymoon 2023
The staff were very nice and helpful, our concierge was Wiris and he helped make our honeymoon memorable. We loved the location of the resort and how beautiful the property was kept. Very clean, great food, amazing staff. It felt very personal and comfortable.
