Beautiful Stay - Feels like „coming home“ ♡
It was very nice at the Zoetry Punta Cana. The Hotel is very modern and Looks also luxury. The Hotel Workers are all very very friendly and try Hard to make you feel welcome :-) We had the best Concierge named Wiris - he was very friendly and did everything at his best. He tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible and took care of small things immediately as well as all other matters. He was always available and saw his guests at least once a day, which was very pleasant and nice. We hope to see Wiris again one day and can recommend him to every guest until then. With Wiris you are top taken care of in the Zoegry Agua :-)

Nice relaxing stay
My husband and I spent a week the end of November at Zoetry. We had vacationed many times down the beach at Excellence Punta Cana and would walk up to Zoetry always wanting to try a stay there. I believe in honest reviews because I appreciate the good and the bad when I read reviews. I will start with the great! The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept. A real pleasure to walk through this quiet, relaxing, tranquil ,picturesque resort. We have never stayed in a nicer room. We had a romance suite upper floor. Beautiful deck and views below us, very comfortable and quiet. Black out curtain worked perfectly. It rained one day and I spent a couple hours on the deck reading and I really appreciated the comfortable deck furniture. In the morning all you could hear was birds. It truly is a bit of paradise. Dinners in the al le carte restaurants were delicious. We did not ever wait to be seated but we are early diners. Drinks were top shelf and plentiful. We really enjoyed the pool bar bartenders we met many fun vacationers and had some really enjoyable afternoons. The bartenders would keep the drinks coming and encouraged an afternoon pool party. Our not great items are being picky but at the price point that Zoetry is selling itself at I feel they are really over charging. I am comparing my vacations at all the excellence resorts ( Dominican and Mexico). Secrets resorts Dominican and Mexican. The Valentin in Mexico and many other 5 star resorts that are at this same price point. Breakfast and Lunch were ok. Long waits in the sit down restaurant for mediocre food and limited selection at the pool bar. After dinner you are limited to the lobby bar with occasional entertainment. I must say we did enjoy the guests all mingling and we got to know many new friends. Jordy keeps the party going at the main bar with his bar tender talents and friendly attitude. The beach was nice but when we were there the ocean out front was dirt brown. I guess all the rain had caused a river to poor silt into the ocean . Not the resorts fault of course but the view did not make you want to sit on the beach. I have friends go in December and they enjoyed the beautiful blue ocean that we missed. We loved the spa and took advantage of the free 20 min massage it was wonderful and the free hydrotherapy is an amazing way to end your beach day. This is a wonderful perk that the resort offers. We did have to check out of our room early even though we had a late flight home and this was a very uncomfortable day since there is no where with air conditioning to sit and wait. We were reminded that this is not an adults only resort even though it should be. I was kind of shocked to see you children at the bar at night and swimming at the pool bar. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing vacation. The staff go out of their way to serve you. Dinners were very tasty. Drinks were great. We always found a place to sit. We loved the pool bar and the afternoons we spent there. Our room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. I do not feel that this resort should be priced as a five star. Just my opinion.

Fantastic experience
My wife and I were looking for a quick recharge vacation after the holidays. On a whim we selected Zoedry Punta Cana and it met all our expectations. The grounds were absolutely exquisite and well maintianed. The beach was fantastic, soft brown sand and you could walk for miles. Room super clean, well stocked with what you need and maid service 3 times per day. Service was the best we ever received anywhere. Our conscierge Amada is a real gem, anticipated all our needs and even had the restaurant staff deliver a cake and sing happy birthday to me. She was available 24/7. Pools were great as were the bars and pool lunch. Restaurants also very good with wide variety of food. Spa was fantastic, well maintained, and great service. Nightly entertainment was good. Only thing that could be upgraded is the gym, a little small. I think they had more maintenance workers, wait staff, cooks, bartenders, etc. then they had guests. This is a great place if you are looking for a quiet, laid back place to recharge. Sure worked for us.

A Wonderful Resort with Even More Wonderful People
Over the last few years I've been to many resorts/hotels in the Caribbean and this is easily one of the best. Starting with the resort itself, it has impeccably manicured greenery and gorgeous floral displays, even growing their own rosemary, aloe, and mint. There was a pool right outside our room that circled almost the entire resort and led to the swim-up bar over looking the ocean. The food was delicious and there was always a variety available. There are 3 restaurants available for dinner and the menu changes every night. Cuisine includes Caribbean, Asian/Caribbean fusion, steakhouse, Mexican, Mediterranean, and more. This included appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. All were delicious and plated like they belonged on a Food Network TV show. If you're worried about variety on the breakfast and lunch menus that don't change - I stayed there 10 days and still wasn't there long enough to try all of the dishes that I wanted to. In addition they were very flexible with allergies, and were very helpful in assisting the two gluten-free members of my group. The resort makes it very easy to work with a third party company to enjoy excursions. They pick you up right from the resort and drive you to the location. My group enjoyed an adventurous dune buggy ride with a stop to an underwater cave pool as well as a snorkeling expedition where we swam with sharks and sting rays! The best part of Zoetry was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and extremely welcoming. They would go out of their way to say hi and make sure that we had everything we needed. They are all very approachable and we ended up getting pictures with them before we left. One night, they proposed a Dominican dinner, which wasn't even on the menu. They organized everything for our (pretty large) group and brought out all the food. There are some truly wonderful people working there who went above and beyond what would be expected. It is extremely disappointing to see that some reviewers had such different experiences than I did. In my own experience, one would have to be intentionally nitpicky to find ways to detract from this unforgettable trip.
