    Nice enough room but I’ve stayed in much nicer for less money.. sad there was no fan in the bathroom. That was unbelievable since you’re already in a high humidity city. They should update this.. we didn’t rent a car based on bad reviews on parking in this hotel.. staff was always accommodating and friendly…only 1 microwave to be used by 18 floors.. completely unacceptable…

    Very pleasant

    We arrived early, about 9am after leaving a cruise. Check in time was 3pm so we left our luggage and explored. Hotel is about a 10/15 walk from oceanfront. Nice beach with sunbeds, umbrellas etc for hire. Central for shops and buses. Room was ready by 12.40pm and was a very pleasant surprise. Newly upgraded and decorated, fresh and pretty. Very small balcony, shower over bath and two double beds. Staff all lovely. Only negative was the tiny pool, with nowhere to sunbathe. Would visit again.

    Good place to stay

    We really liked this hotel. Central location. Very friendly staff. Special Friday event. Bar right next door. IHOP next door but we didn't eat there. Lots of other places. Close to Waikiki tour busses.

    Good value and excellent service.

    My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and we were very happy with the service as well as the rooms themselves. Great central location and you can walk everywhere with lots of restaurants etc. nearby. The ramp to the parking lot is a little cramped and parking is a little pricey but I think that's the norm for Waikiki. Definitely good value and we would recommend.

    Not worthwhile

    If you want what you paid for go elsewhere, they don't guarantee that will be perfect, adjacent rooms noisy, can hear other guests coming and going. Alot of asian people stay here. Ask questions before you make a booking.
