The worst service ever
Would like to start by first time at the viva Wyndham domenicus , as far as location, food , entertainment not much to say ,, but regarding service the worst ever. We arrived Sunday afternoon, I have limited walking(need cane to support) my travel agent had made a request to try to accommodate me close to all amenities and ground level room,, they said that they never got the request , so I ended up on the 3rd floor level with no elevator,, and pretty far from everything,, also as of Sunday evening we noticed the phone in the rrom didn’t work , so for 6 days consecutively i went to the reception and clientel service counter, kept telling me they will come tomorrow but tomorrow never came,,so to compensate me they offered me to go eat at the Italian restaurant, there would be a few of 12.50$ per person because we are not from Italy, she said they would waver the cost,, lol it’s not for the 12.50$,so all was to be noted and should have gone smooth,, once at the restaurant the reservation was made , and I wanted to know before if they had the message to waver the cost,, again it’s not for the 12.50$,, I had to explain to them the situation and still had no idea, therefore at point and time I got so upset for the lack of communication and walked away, and to end the day we had to walk to the reception to tell them what time to pick up our luggage,,because we had no phone,,,we waited 1/2 hour and they never came I had to bring down the 2 suitcases and carry all the way to the lobbey, while walking with my cane,, so to sim it all up if you go to this resort pray you don’t need service,, for me service is everything,, the Italians from Italy have a total different accommodation and how they’re treated , I do not recommend this place

We have just arrived home after spending 2 weeks here. Reading the reviews before we arrived we were wondering what to expect so here goes..... Check in went ok and first impressions were good, so off we go to our room, on the way to our room we were passed over to 3 different members of staff, with the 3rd one finally taking us to our room which was on top floor which was not a good start as the lift was not operational. The room was clean and spacious and the only issue was the safe also not working. So next morning we head to reception to request a room change. Antonio was very helpful and eventually we agreed to return at 3pm. Room was on ground floor which was better. The room was clean but clearly in need of updating including being able to switch bedside light on by the switch, not by turning the lightbulb. Outside our block building work was being carried out, it would of been nice to be told the water would be off in our room during the day, not just taps and shower but also couldnt flush the toilet. 3 days without water really isnt good enough and was made diffcult when trying to discuss with recepetion due to the lack of English speaking staff. For 5 days our keycard failed at some time, usually just after breakfast, not a major issue but a pain having to walk to reception every time to change it. The music from the disco is ridiculously loud until 3am, Staff interaction 3/10 barely a hello from any Food in restaurant 5/10 Pizza place 8/10 Animation team 0/10 not a single interaction from any of them in 2 weeks. Oswaldo (barman near pizza place) 10/10 this guy is amazing always happy and smiling. Location, Beach, Scenery 10/10
Avoid at all cost
AVOID AT ALL COST. I tried to change this hotel prior to arriving but the travel agent wouldn’t let me!!!!! This place was as a bad as the reviews I read. No one speaks English, no staff apart from my rep and a couple of staff on reception. I got I’ll from the Mexican restaurant, my key to my room stopped working. I had to go to reception twice a day whilst there to change it. Staff soooooooo rude. Very loud. Rooms not great. After 4 AWFUL DAYS I MANAGED TO CHANGE MY HOTEL. I’m at the Hilton. And this place is AWESOME. I will not book with TUI AGAIN. My holiday was ruined 😡
Day 1 so wish I had listened to all those who had warned us about this hotel, it is totally CRAP
Day 1, superior room is a basic out dated prison cell, I’m not really that fuzzy but boy do I wish I had taken notice of the reviews, water freezing and that’s when it actually comes out building work going on everywhere, drinks menu rubbish!!!
After reading the reviews for this hotel I was dreading finding out what I had let myself in for. I stayed in one of the bungalows with my daughter and although it did need updating and there was a shortage of drawer space, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The resort itself was amazing, the beach beautiful and the pools lovely. We found the staff really friendly and helpful and the food was good. I’ve never been to an AI and had piping hot food but it wasn’t cold as some reviews state. We had an amazing holiday and will be booking again for next year
