Night & Market

California chill meets Bangkok frenzy at chef Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market. His award-winning Thai street food has won his Los Angeles locations countless awards, most recently a James Beard nomination for ‘Best Wine Program.’ What started 10 years ago as an extension of his family’s kitchen has led Yenbamroong to be named Food & Wine’s ‘Best New Chef’. He takes recipes from the ‘old country’ and gives them a dizzying modern spin. Whether it’s the crispy rice salad or outside-the-box fried chicken sandwich, some of the dishes are traditional, some are evolutions, some are not even Thai at all, but presented together it’s Night + Market.

Pizza Forte

From the family behind Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar, Pizza Forte offers a fast-casual pizza walk-up counter at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. When the local family and a few friends got together and discussed “Real Italian food, real fresh and really fast,” Pizza Forte was born. Along with New York and Roman style pizzas and homemade Italian meatballs you’ll find a variety of Italian street food.

The Bar at Commons Club

The Bar at Commons Club features multiple gathering spaces. Service is a well-choreographed performance with a noticeable level of showmanship and sophistication. The Kitchen at Commons Club

The Kitchen at Commons Club is a contemporary American eatery laced with British Brasserie sensibility. This 24-hour/7-day a week gathering space serves breakfast through late night. The culinary and beverage offerings are more international in nature, but there are definite nods to our British roots. Various seating groups can accommodate larger party dining or provide a more intimate experience. The Kitchen at Commons Club also has an extensive beverage program including carafe cocktails, beer flights, wines by the glass and more.

The Shag Room

Adjacent to the Commons Club Lounge, Shag Room is an intimate space designed to host a variety of social events and private affairs. The Shag Room is a place where cocktails are served, and everyone lets their hair down. Paying homage to the famed Studio 54, this is a lounge amongst lounges with all the amenities including a curated bar, state of the art audio visual and a fun groovy vibe.

Todd English’s Olives

After a legendary 20-year run at another Las Vegas property, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas welcomes back Todd English’s Olives. With sister restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi and Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, the Las Vegas interpretation is a retro 2.0 throwback to the original Olives in Boston, circa 1989.
