Just returned from our 4th time at this wonderful resort great to see Dora and lorenzo again. The food and drinks was 5 Star as usual great service from all the staff everyone was very friendly and pleasant a big thanks for a great stay once again.

Traveler beware,,, the management staff doesn't care about their guests. Only cares about sending you on your way and keeping you quiet. This was our experience. I felt completely at home the first 2 years we were here.. Third year was a nightmare.

Amazing Time at Valentin Imperial
The property at Valentin Imperial is amazing! The lobby area is very grand and smells like heaven. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. In addition to regular morning room cleaning, Valentin also turns down the room in the evening, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other resorts we've stayed at. The poolside entertainment with Israel, Carlos, Adrian, Diana, Joanna, and the team was phenomenal. The aqua fitness and water biking were fun to participate in and watch from the side. The pool volleyball was well managed. We loved the team's energy and love for the poolside entertainment. Alejandro, our poolside waiter for 2 out of 3 days, was extremely kind and attentive to our needs. Whether we were sitting in a chair or dipped in the pool, his service was very professional and timely. Thank you, Alejandro! The night entertainment at Plaza España was incredible! From the live Imperial Band to the singing Tenors to the live DJ, the nightlife was memorable and did not disappoint. It was nice to have the Sports Bar as an option to watch the MLB playoff games and Don Miguel as an option to have a relaxed conversation. The breakfast and lunch options at the buffet were endless. We had lunch at Mar y Tierra one day, and that was okay. I heard Mar y Tierra was great for breakfast, though we never tried it for breakfast. El Hacienda, the Mexican restaurant, was our favorite and was most authentic to its cuisine. We also tried L'Olivo (Italian) and Taman Sari (Asian). Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay at Valentin and would certainly return if I had the opportunity. Thank you, Valentin!

Celebrating Life at the Valentin Imperial
Best vacation ever! We visited the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya to celebrate our anniversary and a friend's birthday. It was the perfect place to disconnect from reality for six days and five nights. And it's so nice when a resort staff knows what they're doing. Every little detail was cared for and followed--from a true "all-inclusive" experience to the staff being punctual when scheduling something. The pools were excellent. We loved the adults-only aspect of the resort, which was so lovely (no kids allowed, thankfully). The food at every restaurant was amazing: Breakfast at the buffet, food truck for lunch, and formal dining in the evening. Even the smell of the lobby was alluring. I loved sitting in there and taking in the essence of it all. All in all, this was the perfect resort for spending time with friends and my wife. Even better was the price: all-in with a deluxe suite, we paid around $2,300. It was worth every penny!

This has been one of the best resorts I have visited. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped , clean, cool, and the service was excellent.The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Excellent hospitality, definitely recommend!
