Hotel is amazing. Always accommodating to guests and we love the fragrance of the hotel so much that we bought the fragrance to have in our home! The hotel is a short walk to CityWalk and the other parks.

Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful trip to Universal! From beginning to end, this property made sure we were taken care of and had a great time. From the front desk, to the concierge, to the restaurant staff, we felt like everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for and that our daughter had a wonderful birthday. I was so impressed by everyone. We’re already talking about when we’re going to return!

Amazing Family Vacation
I decided to take my daughters to Universal Orlando as a graduation present. It was an amazing trip. The hotel was beautiful, and made the entire trip seamless as far as getting park tickets, express passes, etc. I really enjoyed the hotels early check-in process, which allowed us to get our tickets, check-in, and immediately go enjoy the parks. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience. Stress free vacation with great staff taking care of all the details! Loved the help with all the dinner reservations! Pool was amazing after a long day of walking. And best of all… amazing service from the whole staff!

The front desk lack courtesy to begin with. Front desk female representative seemed or acted confused when questions asked. Unable to grant requests after all money spent. Their breakfast buffet was disgusting and super expensive. Room service over priced. NEVER EVER AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
