    Love Cabana Bay!!

    We already booked our next trip!! Loved our experience at Cabana Bay- great view, great pool, awesome bar! The pool with the lazy river was great to get in or just sit pool side and relax with a drink. Our view of Volcano Bay from the room was fantastic!!

    Hoped for more

    We were hopeful of this resort but they didn’t follow through with our hope. Staff, about 90% were friendly and helpful and that’s pretty common. My husband is handicap and we didn’t find that the resort was as handicap friendly with ramps or I should say steep ramps for someone in a wheelchair were a little difficult. We wish we would’ve know more about the benefits of the parks and resort while we were staying there. The rooms are definitely mediocre, and we expected just a little more with what we paid for

    Racist and Abusive hotel

    Only book here if you’re okay with being traumatized and disrespected. Their house keeping lady saw me butt naked without knocking and said and I quote “my bad” and left when I called front desk they offered me a 15$ voucher as if that’s ok 😂 can’t play music because that’s not allowed to make sure you wear headphones because it’s a cheap hotel and the walls are paper thin. The agents are racist and not helpful. Book at your own risk

    Teenager hell scape, not family resort

    The Cabana Bay Beach Resort would be better named the “Spring Break Dive for High School Athletes.” Thousands of high school kids swarming the place, all here for some kind of spring training (baseball, lacrosse, etc.). Less a hotel/resort than a summer camp, complete with cafeteria style dining as the only real option. Lots of loud talking and laughing late into the night from the future all-stars in the next room. More generally, the place is just LOUD! Very few places, if any, to find peace and quiet. Loud music in every public space, tons of people everywhere talking and voices echoing off the smooth walls. If you’re a serious extrovert and/or love chaos, then this is the place for you. If not, and you want a relaxing place to return to after a long and hot day in the parks, then spend the extra money to stay at Sapphire Falls or one of the better hotels. I’m probably just spoiled, but when I spend the kind of money I’m spending for this vacation I expect more than a teenage spring break party. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

    Amazing Resort

    Amazing resort, friendly staff, clean. If you suffer from any food allergies this resort is super accommodating. The chef will speak to you and provide you with all your food options, will personally prepare the food for you. The food is delicious. Amazing pools.
