We had a wonderful stay at Aventura. Daniel was incredibly helpful and professional at the check in and made it a smooth and excellent experience . Erin kept checking in with us to ensure we were having a great trip. The food was delicious and not the usual junk food in hotels, the hotel was immaculate and everyone couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. The rooms were sized well and the pool area was very enjoyable. This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had and will definitely return!

Amazing and beautiful employees in this hotel
Aventura is my go to hotel every single time I’m at Orlando whether it’s for the parks or just to relax at the hotel itself. And every single time I check in late and we always get attended by the same beautiful soul , Alison . She is truly amazing . Super funny and sweet ! She’s checked me in about 4 times already this year and I’m always happy when I see her I also have a little compliment for my room attendant Esbayla . She’s amazing I have a service dog and she always worried about him and made sure he had everything he needed . He loved her and you can tell she has a big heart for animals . Aventura is truly beautiful , the views as well as the people that work there and make everything perfect .

My kids treated me to a belated Mother's Day trip. Convenience and price. We had never stayed at Adventura. It was pleasant. Staff was AMAZING!! The food options were plentiful. The pool area needed cleaning. Humans (?) left trash around but it was not cleaned up. Pool safety staff were very present..

Extremely accommodating! Best customer service ever!
Customer service was amazing! All amenities were very clean. All staff members were extremely accommodating to any needs that we may have had. Definitely recommend the express unlimited passes if you are planning on booking.

We've stayed at 3 universal hotels in the last year and sadly this is this first I feel compelled to write a negative review for. Simply as a warning to those who may have booked. The hotel maids and room service are thieves. Multiples items of clothing were stolen as well as currency. (Around $200-$300) Make up bags and personal belongings were rifled through to see if anything is worth stealing and then hastily tidied to make it look like they had not been touched. Hotel needs to vet it's employees as clearly the vast majority of the housekeeping team are dishonest. This was reported to management and not taking seriously. No compensation offered. Only a signed witness statement taken and flippant remarks that they would investigate within 14 working days. Obviously this was done as a box ticking exercise and nothing will come of it. Be extremely careful if you are staying in this hotel as I'd hate for anyone else to have a trip soured by the experience. Even if you think your valuables are well hidden they will go out of thier way to look for them and take what they fancy. You have been warned.
