Great resort!
Overall amazing experience! Great adult only resort with all the amenities you could want. The salt water infinity pool was our favorite spot the spend the day. The breakfast at Capricho and lunch at Helios should not be missed on your trip. Their buffets are beyond what you could want. Our favorite restaurant was the Italian but all the a la carte on the TRS resort were fantastic. We tried some at the other resorts that are available to TRS patrons and they weren’t our favorite however I think it’s because the ones on TRS are just so exceptional. The room was perfect. Housekeeping and the butler service made it even better. Very attentive to you. So much so that they restocked things based on our usage which was so appreciated. Our butlers Selene and Antonio truly made the experience for us. If you are first time patrons, avoid the sales pitch about becoming members. It was the only negative thing we experienced. They will offer you some sort of gift in exchange for your time, which they will say is only 60 mins, but we wasted a whole morning there to be offered a 50,000k membership. Just so unpleasant. Be advised, the drive from airport to resort is about an 1h45m but can be significantly longer if your shuttle has multiple stops. Ours was approximately 2.5hrs Overall though we will return as much as we can because it was a perfect vacation spot for parents looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

A great trip
We both loved our vacation There. IT was our first trip in an all inclusive resort and the experience was great. A good variety of food that we always liked, tasty drinks and the staff is absolutly the best. From the check-in, barmans and waiters and room service and also our butlers selene and Antonio, Everyone makes sure we have a good Time. The whole Grand Palladium resort is HUGE. 10/10

"Welcome to Paradise"
We walked into a quiet, calm and cool lobby, were sat down and given a cloth and glass of prosecco and welcomed warmly. It was such a wonderful welcome after a very long, stressful journey that it actually brought a tear to my eye. Our room was perfectly serviceable, huge and comfy bed, nice toiletries, jacuzzi bath, lovely jungle views. We dream about returning to this hotel for the great dining experiences! We loved Capricho for breakfast (eggs benedict for me, though sadly the eggs were underdone on our last morning and we had to rush out for our airport transfer). We thoroughly enjoyed our two meals at El Gaucho, two meals at La Boheme (fondue and onion soup!), two meals at Tentazionne. At other hotels we ate at the rodizio place which we liked, but we didn't like the Thai meal. We had the Mexican night at Capricho which was good and ate at Chic one night. We weren't a fan of the food at Chic but enjoyed the show a lot! The entertainment quality is fantastic. Live music for breakfast and lunch, great evening shows like New 20s and Burlesque. We enjoyed morning excursions and cooling off at the infinity pool in afternoons. We did use the secret pool a couple of times, sadly the second time the hot tub wasn't working. We did macrame making and chocolate tasting, both very enjoyable. What disappointed us the most was: - Many activites not on such as snorkelling, boating on the lake, tour of the hotel/gardens - The mini golf area is awful! Really needs to be redone and brought back to life - Kayaking was provided but we were given no instructions or guidance, sea was choppy and I cut my foot as the kayak kept tipping over - Intimidating drug dealers stood in front of the infinity pool, blocking the sea view - The beach is underwhelming Some of the negatives can be easily resolved. If they were, it would happily be 5*

Save your money & time please.
This property failed to meet my expectations. Less than modern accommodations. The staff was great with the exception of our butlers who were great in the beginning but stopped responding to our requests the day before we left. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. lacking flavor & freshness, barely edible. We arrived hungry and left hungry. Only had ONE GOOD meal our entire five day stay. I was highly disappointed. Only good thing was the chic-cabaret show. The performers were awesome. It was a great experience but even the food there was subpar. I wished I had went somewhere else.
