Nice property, excellent staff
We have been quite pleased with our stay at TI. The employees have been wonderful and accommodating, and our room is nice enough and comfortable. After staying at other strip properties, this one is the best mix of luxury and value.

Cheap, terrible room
Stayed two nights memorial weekend. This place has the best blackjack (3:2 multideck at $10/$15 peak), good selection of slots, and the coffee shop gave me a really good smoked salmon. The taxi rank guy was nice and friendly. The rooms are pretty terrible, stain in the chair, the toilet was blocked and despite phoning to get it fixed, they didn’t. A fight broke out on the casino floor and security seemed to do nothing. CVS very convenient in the hotel. Considering the low price I give it a 3. Desperately needs a refurb. Avoid if you can.

First and last time here
I was there for memorial day weekend, and my entire stay the wifi and TV did not work. I called front desk and they never answered. They charged an "early check in" fee, the rooms are outdated and musty. You get better amenities at a motel 6 then here, worst of all is that they didn't even try to compensate nor fix the issues.

Great…But
Great hotel, really clean and well maintained, perfect location. We enjoyed our stay the room was nice. However the Issue was the TV didn’t work for the whole stay so we couldn’t watch that. The sink wouldn’t drain and the shower backed up so you were in a quarter filled tub of your shower water. Upon telling staff they had engineering up to fix the issue right away.

Okay hotel
I am not sure if this hotel deserves an average rating or not. Pros: the hotel is decent, rooms are clean, the property is clean and housekeeping did a good job. They have free parking which is a plus because we rented a car. Cons: the staff at the front desk aren’t very knowledgeable. This is a huge inconvenience when you need something from them as you will get incorrect information and the run around. The check in line is always very long and slow. It took us almost an hour to check in. Don’t think about checking in early as this is not an option at this hotel. They don’t even have the check in line open before before 12pm and I didn’t see anyone that could accept your bags. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at times and at others didn’t work well. The hotel messaged us stating they were experiencing issues. The hotel is dated. It’s best days are behind, unless an upgrade is coming soon. We usually stay at the 5 star hotels on the strip, but we were on a budget and we needed two rooms for our college aged kids so the price was right. If you understand and willing to accept what you will have to put up with, then stay here. If you’ve stayed at 5 star hotels and are used to a certain level of service then this hotel might not be for you. I understood I got what I paid for so I didn’t make a fuss when things went wrong.
