The best place on the best place on earth.
All the staff is amazing, friendly and eager to help make your stay memorable. The location is perfect, and the amenities are great, you’ll use mostly all of them. The beds are one of the best sleeps I’ve ever gotten.
A Magical vacation
Sebastian is definitely our 2nd home thanks to the most professional and friendliest employees in Vail Valley! Our family vacations for a week at a time (a few times per year) and had by far the best experience during our vacation in April 2023. Everyone working at the hotel went out of their way to make our vacation the best ever. Sebastian is the one and only place to stay when visiting the Vail valley. This is a 4 diamond resort with all of the luxurious accommodations including a spa, workout facility, valet parking, Frost bar, incredible restaurant on site, and all the perks you can imagine. The ambiance is luxurious with a beautiful fireplace glowing at all times to make the hotel feel magical and full of warmth. We cannot wait to vacation again sooner than later. A huge thank you to Wesley, the Residence Club Manager for going out of his way for our family to have an epic vacation. Melissa was awesome in welcoming us and making our stay incredible. Andrew, James and Rachel at the front desk always went out of their way to accommodate us in any way. James was always suggesting fun things for our boys to do and to explore in Vail during our stay. Janes is definitely a joy to be around and was appreciated so very much., Bobby in valet has been at the Sebastian for many years and we always look forward to seeing Bobby who is very professional yet friendly and incredibly caring about our family. And thank you to Joe, Victor, Nick, Jack and anyone other gentleman working the valet who never complains with all the lugage we bring up since we cannot decide what we really need for the week stay. Also, a thank you to Matt the concierge who was always there to help and make our stay a fun time. A huge thank you to Ford who always greets us with extreme friendliness and makes our family feel welcome. And the people who clean the rooms and bring us coffee and towels when requested alway have a smile on their face and are eager to make us happy and enjoy our stay. I have stayed at the Sebastian 5 times and I am never disappointed. It is centrally located in Vail and has an excellent staff that makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a boutique experience in Vail, do yourself a favor and stay at the Sebastian.
Beautiful property, so-so F & B
Staying at such a gorgeous property during mud season is probably not the best time to be critical of sour in room creamers or incorrectly prepared eggs at leonora (which took so long to remake that the breakfast they came with was long finished by the time they arrived.) Stay here but est elsewhere!
Superior comfort, location and service. A+++
I came for a business meeting during off season. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to assure the stay was exceptional. The Bell staff made countless trips to my car for me and never complained. The food/drink staff, both at the bar and the conference event were kind and helpful.. and at times, entertaining.. every inch of the building was exceptionally clean.. Connor at the front desk stood out as a great listener, respectful, helpful and accommodating. I even brought my dog at the last minute and he was treated as a VIP. I’ve never seen his tail wag so hard. He got treats, a comfy bed.. it was perfect.
