    Meh

    Place has a lot of options for activities in regards to marine Aquariums, pools, beaches, slides, casino, dining, night life and things away from Atlantis. But for what it costs to just be there I guess I just expected a little more on the quality side of things with how big n lavish it looks from the exterior.

    Don’t reccommend

    The food was extremely expensive. I know four people that got food poisoning each time i’ve gone to Atlantis. The food is terrible with no late night options or options in general unless you make reservations months in advance. Staff is unfriendly. Beach closed half my trip. The pool is crowded but nice. Slides are fun but most were closed.

    Amazing Property (*avoid during spring break)

    The Royal Atlantis is a wonderful place to stay for both adults and children. Plenty of dining options and places to see marine life. The whole property is very well maintained and they make a good effort to ensure that only hotel guests are actually allowed in the hotel. I would avoid going during spring break as this hotel partners with a high school trip program and the place is filled with drunk high school seniors over which no one has control.

    Spring Break week

    We love Atlantis and our kids enjoy it very much. It was too crowded that week with high school kids for spring break. Also guest should be a priority for dinner restaurants before outside people. Also make hotel guest priority for dinner reservations.

    The Biggest Tourist Trap of all times

    THIS HOTEL IS SIMPLY NOT ONLY A RIP OFF, BUT ALSO LACKS SERVICE, TRAINED PEOPLE AND THEIR ROOMS ARE EXTREMELY OUTDATED... WE GOT THERE AND FOUND WEIRD TO HAVE JUST ONE ATTENDANT FOR CHECK IN ON A "FIVE STAR" HOTEL DURING SPRING BREAK (US$1,200/NIGHT!) AFTER 45 MINUTES WAITING THE ATTENDANT IN A VERY BAD MOOD TELLS ME THAT THE ROOM I REQUESTED WITH 2 DOUBLE BED WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND 2 PEOPLE WOUOLD HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE SOFA.... OK...GET IN THE ROOM, LAMPS DON'T WORK, IRON WON'T HEAT, DRAIN CLOGGED ON THE SHOWER...NOTHING THAT I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE. (NOT EVEN WITH LUGGAGE THEY HELP. AFTER LOTS OF COMPLAINTS I GOT THE DRAIN SORTED AND THAT IS IT. EATING IS ALSO A RIP OFF, ALL RESTAURANTS ARE OVER PRICED AND BESIDES FISH BY JOSE ANDRES, THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH AT ALL THE PRICE. BESIDES TAP WATER, EVERYTHINIG IS CHARGED ON THE HOTEL...EVEN TO GO TO THE TEEN NIGHT CLUB THEY CHARGE 30 DOLLARS/DAY/ TEEN.... THE WATER SLIDES ARE GOOD, BUT NOT WORTH THIS KIND OF PRICE AND SERVICE! IF YOU ARE IN BETWEEN A CLUB MED AND THIS...GO TO CLUB MED! YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER DURING AND AFTER YOUR TRIP I HONESTLY WRITE THIS SO NO ONE NEEDS TO COME BACK WITH THIS FEELING I HAVE.
