Low quality service at Vegas prices
This used to be a cute boutique hotel. If they made some minor improvements in the rooms (the leather on the cabinet is fraying; wood needs repainting etc) it would be better. But what absolutely killed this stay for us and why I will never be back - The service and the nickle and diming for ridiculous things. When we check in, they tried to charge us $35 to get in the room 1 hour earlier. I can understand if we are trying to get our room at 10a but 1 hour earlier is stupid. The concierge eventually took this charge off but cmon. Then they said if we wanted a strip view room it's $20 extra. Ok...but then said if we wanted to switch we have to check out at 11a the next day and check back in at 4p (lol). At Giada to sit by the window they charge $25/person. We came at breakfast when those tables were empty.... Getting into the nightclub/day club when staying there is easier but they enforce dress code at random. They will stop a girl with short black shorts at night or a guy who isn't wearing swim shorts during day (but is wearing nice black cotton shorts) but you walk in and guys have white sneakers, t shirts and trucker hats on. Huh?! All of these things add up to a poor experience. For the same amount you can stay at a hotel that has a better quality of service overall. We will not be coming back.

Angelina at The Cromwell - Best Bartender
Angelina is the best bartender in Las Vegas - Hands Down. She provides the best service with a great attitude and makes you feel welcome. If you get a chance, I highly suggest stopping by for her expresso martini or my personal favorite, the Cactus Cooler

Interlude Bar
Ancelina at the Interlude bar was fantastic. We will be back to see her every time we visit Vegas. She also recommended some other bars to go that were hidden gems. These were walking distance from the Vegas strip.

Dawn!
We had the pleasure of meeting Dawn when we visited last October. We couldn’t believe that she remembered us (and our preferred drinks) when we visited again this May. She is hands down one of the best cocktail waitresses on the strip - witty, personable and professional! We’re hoping to see more of her when we visit next. 😊

Noise level
We did not stay there but stayed at a neighboring hotel. Your music was so loud it ruined our stay. At 2:18am I’m not a happy camper being woke up with the noise. Lights are fine but the blaring was out right rude!!! Please be considerate to all who come to enjoy the Vegas strip!
