Very Nice Hotel
The location is very good for those visiting Disneyland. The ART bus is right next door. Our family stayed in a one bedroom suite. Beds very comfortable. Kitchenette good. The free breakfast was excellent; make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal etc. The staff was accommodating. We had a minor problem and it was rectified immediately and they waived our parking fee because of it. Clean, nice place. We will stay there again.

Not a good experience
Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The first room we were given was still dirty. Smelled like burned AC, dirty dishes, food left in fridge and holes in spring of bed. No elevator so we had to walk further to get to our room. Breakfast was ok. Parking is absolutely horrible! Only 2 levels tight parking. Everything is outdated there. Lighting in rooms were super dim. Asked for maid service on our second day they never came. We will never stay here again!

Poor Management
Like most, my family was here for a few days at the park. Thankfully, this meant the time in our room was limited. Upon on our arrival we were told there was no internet and there would be a fire drill one morning. Walking down the hall to our room we noticed a very musty smell (that did not get better through the week) and the room next to ours had the door open with a large fan drying the carpet. Not sure if they were connected. Our room (254) was tolerable, but really needed some care. The entry door wasn’t properly aligned, so I had to lift up on it in order for it to latch. The door between the bedroom and living area was also broken, and there was a large, (very sticky) dark stain under in the living area carpet. The pullout bed had no linens when we arrived. When I called down to get some, they said I needed to come down to the front desk to get them myself. I did but quickly discovered gross brown stain in the fitted sheet. So I had to go back down to the front desk. We had our room serviced once while we were there, but the didn’t make the pullout, and they didn’t leave us any towels. Back down to the front desk again. The reason for two stars instead of one is because upon checkout and complaining about some of these issues, the front desk staff member did discount my stay. In general, all of the staff was pleasant to deal with, and tries to help. However, the training and and attention to basic details is quite poor. That falls on management. I noticed at the front desk that the property is independently operated by a different group (not IHG). I’m not sure if that plays a part here, but there are much better places to stay for a few days at the park.

first family trip to disney
We have stayed in many Staybridge hotels and it is usually the hotel we check for first in any city. To be honest, I was expecting a much newer looking, cleaner hotel, but that's not what we were given. The hotel itself felt run down and dirty; not at all what is projected in the photos on the website. Although the laundry was free to do, it is located in the very basement of the hotel and is dark and dirty as well. Location to Disneyland was great, but honestly we would not stay there again. You do have to pay for parking (unlike some of the reviews I've read on here).

A great stay with great location
This is a great hotel as far as location and staff friendliness goes. Everywhere you go there is staff shortages so the reviews I read here prior about housekeeping etc etc you get that anywhere now so deal with it and expect times where you don't get that daily housekeeping but when we asked for towels in the morning it was in our room when we got back after a long day at Disneyvand they removed the garbage as well. The staff here are really friendly and very good people. Morning breakfast is good and evening manager reception is a nice touch. Walking distance to Disneyland which is a bonus. If you don't want to walk the entire distance grab the Disney Tran which is halfway though your walk on Disneyland Drive. This hotel is idea for families. Like any hotel with ton's of guests with kids it will get busy and noisy but for the most part most parents kept their kids under control which is great Our room faced the back of Disney so we saw the fireworks from our room which was a bonus. We didn't use the pool but saw several families there enjoying it. For the price you pay for the room the value is there for you given how close you are to the Parks and the free breakfast in the morning is a savings. If you take advantage of the evening reception (Mon-Wed only) then there is an extra perk there for you as I loved having my free cold beer after a long day Thank you to all the hard working staff here at Staybridge. Keep up the great work !
