    Good stay but…

Let me start saying that I’m quite a fan of Staybridge hotels, and this one doesn’t disappoint. PROs: - Great location if visiting Disneyland. - Never felt too overcrowded as it happens with many hotels in the area. - Staff is really nice. Kudos to Erika and Irene in the front desk, Araceli the housekeeping supervisor and especially Hannah in the breakfast area. - Good breakfast included CONs: - They charge for parking - Only ONE elevator, who took forever to come, and always full of people. - Swimming pool is small, under a constant shade, and no too inviting… - Main complaint: Housekeeping and attention to details: Master room had two night tables but only one lamp. I asked for an additional lamp every day since I arrived, and they finally got me one at the 8th day, the night before leaving. Since the room had no ceiling lamp, it was super dark. Asked for the room to be cleaned at my third day, and they basically took the trash. Not even made the bed not replenish bathroom articles. Asked for more toilet paper, soap and lotion and they just replaced the toilet paper (ended up buying soap at CVS). Our room was a two-bedroom suite (we were 5 people) but had only two chairs in the dining area. Eating there was a hassle. Asked for a couple more chairs (as seen in the hotel room pictures) bur they said they hadn’t and “what’s in the room is what it is”. - Strong Marijuana smell at night in the bathroom my kids were using (and thus their room as well). As per what I know, any type of smoke is forbidden in hotels. I called the front desk twice but didn’t seem to care much… So in sum, good stay but with some hiccups that could be properly addressed by the hotel administration.

    Great

This place is great! Clean, close to Disney, staff were very friendly and accommodating to any questions or requests. The only minor downfall of the place is the restaurants and bars are on the other side of the park so if you are looking for anything like that, it’s just a quick Uber ride away. Would recommend this place to anyone

    Just OKay

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. We arrived late around 10:30PM I had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. Found out that they charge an additional $250 and hold it against your card. Customer service was okay. I have had worse, I have had better. We got to our room, found ripped carpet. That stood out right away. But we were tired and ready for a nice shower and to get some sleep. That nice shower did not happen because the shower pressure was the very worst I have ever experienced. I could not even rinse the shampoo from my hair. We then found the furniture was all worn out. The bed was comfy and clean. The pillows were nice. The room was clean. Being clean is probably the most important part of a good nights sleep. However the very loud AC unit and loud street noise did not help make good sleep. Breakfast was good. The service was good. They kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. While we did not go to Disneyland on this trip my opinion would be it would be just okay here. I think you could find better for the price that they charge.

    Very Nice Hotel

The location is very good for those visiting Disneyland. The ART bus is right next door. Our family stayed in a one bedroom suite. Beds very comfortable. Kitchenette good. The free breakfast was excellent; make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal etc. The staff was accommodating. We had a minor problem and it was rectified immediately and they waived our parking fee because of it. Clean, nice place. We will stay there again.

    Not a good experience

Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The first room we were given was still dirty. Smelled like burned AC, dirty dishes, food left in fridge and holes in spring of bed. No elevator so we had to walk further to get to our room. Breakfast was ok. Parking is absolutely horrible! Only 2 levels tight parking. Everything is outdated there. Lighting in rooms were super dim. Asked for maid service on our second day they never came. We will never stay here again!
