Best hotel in Oahu!
We chose to return to the Sheraton Waikiki this year because we enjoyed the location and amenities so much last year! The adult infinity pool is the best on the island and the kids’ pool is incredible. We were greeted at the desk by Quili, the kindest young lady, who was able to arrange our stay so that after the first night, we received a king room in our desired location. This year, our housekeeper, Roger, went above & beyond welcoming us and spoiling us with surprises. He is the welcoming “aloha” and like “ohana” (family) here! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Oahu!

Good but not great
Nice hotel but way too big, all the areas, pools etc were packed with noisy kids, and lines for coffee and at the front desk. It would be nice to have a hot tub area for adults only, most of the kids crowd out the adults. Fun for kids....next time I will be looking more quiet and private hotel. My husband had to come back to the room in a soaking swim suit as the attendant closed the pool took his towel when he closed the pool early at 7.45 instead of 8pm as listed. Staff were very very nice however. The room was nice, but the bedding was really odd, a hard mattress cover which did not tuck in and remained scrunched up all night under me, not good. The sheets were huge things, not at all inviting, and the pillows were like marsh mallows, a bit too soft. The bathtub was nice, but a devil to get in and out of.....I found backing out holding the rail to be the safest. I am ot sure what one should expect in the way of comforts for $500+ per night? The coffee maker is really a joke, just skip that pathetic offering, if you are a traveler your morning coffee is so important, its almost an insult to offer that coffee in the room. I would be willng to pay for a good ground coffee and some creamer in the fridge.....We stayed in a Four Point Sheraton in Auckland and they had a small jug of milk in the fridge every day for coffee and tea....its the little things. Stellar view from the room....

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and a beautiful pool and view!!! Front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Great location, shops and restaurants lose by. The main pool was stunning with beach access.

Great experience!
Great stay! We encountered many pleasant associates during our stay to include the bartender at the Edge, the pool attendant who helped us rent a cabana (which I highly recommend), the hostess and waitresses at the breakfast restaurant and finally our housekeeper, Greg, who always greeted us with an enthusiastic ‘Aloha’ every day and provided us with everything we needed! He deserves a special shout out!! I’m only sorry I didn’t get the other associates names. Truly a great experience!

Great Stay, Amazing Services especially Housekeeping
We had such a great stay at the Sheraton Waikiki. The accommodations are fantastic. We have a one year old and a four year old and the pool is great for kids of all ages. They have an adult pool too if you don’t have kids. They always have warm towels when you get out of the pool. But surprisingly one of the highlights of our trip was actually the housekeeping staff. They would always greet us in the halls and talk to the kids. We have to give a big shout out to Roger, the best housekeeper ever!! He was there every morning to greet us with a smile. He left us cute notes and towel art. It was the best. Big Mahalo to Roger! The kids were so excited to see him every morning.
