Nov 30, 2024It is physically a fantastic facility. BUT it has only 1 kitchen for 5 restaurants. Wait 3 hours to get food. Pathetic
Go to the buffet @ MxP 40 per head to get some food. All other restaurants have a wait time of more than 3 hours. We waited 2.50 hours at its best restaurant where a live piano player provided soft music. The servers did not know how long it will take to get the food. BUFFET IS THE ONLY OPTION.

It’s a very nice and decent size resort. The bartenders are very nice and chatty. I love the kids club my daughter love going there to do activities. The food was good and they had a good variety of different foods. Will recommend and definitely will go there again in the future.

Nov 26, 2024Orlando, Joel, and Jesus at La Villita Restaurant are the BEST!!!!
My favorite part of my stay was seeing Orlando, Joel, and Jesus everyday for breakfast at La Villita! The three of them got to know the names of our entire group, which grew each day, made us feel like true VIPs, and had us laughing and smiling the whole meal. If you are going to this resort, be sure to start off each morning with an amazing breakfast with the three of them!

Amazing Staff!
We had a great stay in November and it was mostly due to the warm welcoming staff. We had quite a few meals at the La Villita where Joel, Jesus and Orlando gave us an amazing experience every day. Their kindness and generosity helped make our trip very enjoyable.

Better every time we return!
This was our fourth stay at this resort. We stayed 14 nights. The cab ride from the airport is about fifteen to twenty minutes. The resort is walking distance to the Malecon and downtown. The staff at this resort is amazing. From the front desk staff, to the bellmen, to the pool waiters, customer service is their passion. Our Bonvoy status got us entry into the concierge lounge. Breakfast and dinner was a choice of five or six hot entrees, fruits, vegetables, rolls, pastry, and desserts. Dinner included wine. Coffee, soda, and water are available all day. The waitstaff: Enrique, Daniel, Eder, and Candelaria were the best! We are pool people and do not visit the beach. The pool was enormous. There is a second large pool on the vacation club side. You can swim in either pool. We only swam in the hotel pool. The water was clean and warm. There is a swim up bar. Exercise classes are held daily in the pool. We ate lunch at the pool every day. The food was delicious. Special shout out to Gama, Isabel, Marco, Lilliana, and Mariano for their outstanding service. They must walk 50 miles every day. Special thanks to the entertainment staff: Marianna and Jimana. They are so enthusiastic and fun! We did water aerobics, water volleyball, bocce ball, and black Jack. They also had margarita and mojito tastings. Note: Chairs at the pool were plentiful and available throughout the day. The weather was perfect. 86 degrees and sunny every day. We used the fitness center every morning. It is well stocked and clean. It is open 24/7. Our room was cleaned daily by Elena Joya. The room was always pristine after her daily service. We watched several football games at the Nine Ninety-9 sports bar. It is onsite and the food and drinks are excellent. Special thanks to our waitress, Eliza for her special attention to our food and drink orders. We will return in again in February for 12 nights. Highly recommended! No issues during our entire two weeks.
