Secrets Wild Orchid gave me exactly what I wanted and needed for my birthday/girls trip. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful and the spa was wonderful! I highly recommend spending the extra for the Preferred Club because the vibes were so peaceful. We had access to the other resorts that seemed more party-like and full of activities, which is great if that's what you're going for. We were going for rest and sun and I'd absolutely go back again. I'd be on the lookout for Lisa, Curtis, Matthew, Althea, Soso and Jonah around the resort and try to get Shelly or Avienne if you get a massage! I felt extremely well taken care of and like I got my money's worth.

Relaxing vacation
This resort is good for a relaxing vacation. Our two butlers, Kenton and Betty, made our trip amazing and memorable. They took care of everything so we could just relax, and they were funny and made us feel at home. Resort is very clean, there is some upkeep needed but that did not affect our vacation. There is only two options for breakfast, buffet or in room, I would like to see an a la cart option as we hate buffets but it was still good food. Rooms were always clean with amazing housekeeping staff.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!
We booked this trip for our honeymoon. We have enjoyed 7 wonderful days and nights at Secrets Wild Orchid. All the staff have been so kind and catering to our needs. A big shout out to West for always coming to talk to us and teaching us dance moves 😉

If I could give a 4.5 I would. This is our second time going to secrets wild orchid. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMIDATING STAFF, CAREEN AND O’BRIEN WERE OUR FAVES, beautiful location, accommodations and food options. There were a couple frustrations. We were pushed to find time to meet with the staff in regards to their vacation club, which we refused several times before they got the hint. We were called twice at 8am (first time we picked up and hung up because we were sleeping) one morning to be asked if we would be going on excursions wanting us to buy from them rather than the lobby. Lastly, two different days the pool bar ran out of vodka so we had to go to an inside bar to get some for the rest of the afternoon. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave!

Friendly, Clean and Comfortable
The people are very friendly. The rooms had a refresh and look very nice. The resort is very clean. Entertainment was great. The beach could use a good rock sweep but is still a great place to be. Matthew at the Prefered Club is a joy, friendly, gets things done. Duran and Kenroy at Prefered Club took care of our every need from making reservations for dinner, transportation to reserving chairs and having towels for you when you arrive to the beach. Kenroy at Portofino was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Shushawna at Bordeaux was also friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
