I would keep it a secret if I could!
Great hotel and experience all around. Adults only is legit the best thing ever! The room was quite large and very clean. The restaurants were on point especially the French one. Staff were so kind especially our Butler Jose Becerra. We are low maintenance but did need a couple things arranged and he took care of them without an issue. Highly suggest spa day, having a sunset drink on main floor and schedule a tennis lesson. The tennis court and pro are great. Honestly this place is like an adult camp. The only thing off for me is the preferred perks.. I’ve been to other places where the perks were more obvious but it’s a small property so I get it.

Truly Amazing!!
The restaurants were good. Every morning our group met at Market Cafe! We were served by Cesar most often who was just great, friendly, and on our last day, he made us a very sweet dessert plate as a send off! I was very touched! His hospitality was so heartfelt and genuine! The food was good as well. Our favorite dining experience was Bordeaux. The food was incredible and plated beautifully. The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. Overall I have to rate this a 9.5 out of 10 but mostly because of the staff! Carlos, Jose, Mariana, Cesar, Diego, and all of the others. I cannot remember, but know you were great to us… Thank you!!!! Because of you, we had a vacation we will never forget, and can only hope to replicate .

Would never recommend this place for an all-inclusive experience
Worst experience of an all-inclusive I have ever been to. Food low quality. Majority of common alcoholic drinks require payment Staff expects high tips for minuscule services or you will be ignored. E.g give you a bottle of water expect $5 tips every time. you are constantly harassed for extra paid services. (mind you the stay costs > $4,000 usd. Be cautious of TIME SHARES Half the facility is for preferred members even if you pay for the high end stay They dont keep the mini fridge stocked. Half the amenities in the room are broken. Highly recommend avoiding this all-inclusive. I recommend sandals or an all-inclusive in the states. This place FALSELY advertises itself as an all inclusive.

Awesome all inclusive resort!
I usually don’t leave reviews but I really enjoyed this resort. The resort was modern, the food was great, the service was amazing, and they were very accommodating to are large group. Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra took care of all of are needs the whole trip in person and by text definitely go above and beyond to make the trip memorable!
