Another great stay at Secrets Vallarta Bay. What a beautiful place, it was awesome to see all of our friends that work there. So many of the staff treat us like family. It was amazing to see the whales from our balcony and as we walked on the beach. Special Thanks to Marianna, Pablo, Arianna and Leticia from UVC, Alejandra from the Bay Cafe. Misael and Jaime from the preferred bar, Dayana and Brandon from Carnival Buffet. All the special people that work at the Market Cafe you all hold a special place in our hearts.

Fantastic Experience!
Our entire experience at Secrets Vallarta Bay was exceptional. Our butler, Jose Becerra, was the best. We were at the resort for our daughter’s 30th birthday, and Jose’s attention to detail, genuine care and exceptional service made the trip truly unforgettable! I also want to mention a few other amazing employees who helped make our trip fantastic - bartender Brayan, entertainment coordinators, Armando and Danielo, and Tamarindo restaurant manager, Alma. All of these amazing people are assets to Secrets Vallarta Bay, and we can’t thank them enough for their dedication and hospitality!

Secrets Vallarta Bay a little bit of Paradise.
We have just completed a 10 day stay here . Let me begin by saying the staff is amazing . The resort is in need of an upgrade but is still very nice . I would like to give a shout out to Antonio and Sergio at Market Cafe . Great service every day . At the pool special thanks to Carlos , Daniel , Christian and his co worker Joel .Great bunch of guys. Speaking of the pool it is freezing no reason for this in Mexico in February spend the money Hyatt and pay for a heater . The food is average at best for Ai food nothing except the Clam cream soup at Oceana would get better than a 4 star in my opinion you must try that . The rooms are nice and have great views of the water and the whales that are migrating in the bay . Speaking of the rooms if you want or are assigned a Butler get anyone except Jose he should be known as the invisible man . All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back .

Awesome retreat with my Wife!
The resort is amazing! Not much at all I can complain about. If I was to gripe about anything it would be not enough authentic Mexican food and needs a better seafood selection at Oceana. The staff was simply amazing and very attentive to our needs!

Great Experience and A Very Nice Resort
Comfortable room. Excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The facilities are clean and well kept. The maintenance staff was always in evidence working on the upkeep. The entertainment staff were very active. Our UVC rep, Ulyses, was extremely helpful throughout our stay.
