It was a joyfull time that we have had at Secrets Tides. The gardens always look well all the times, the security was strongly felt and we felt safe all the time. The food was ok and the beverages at the bars were also ok. We liked the shows that were presented during our time there. The personal was very kind all the time and very professional too. Always with a big smile on the faces every time. The make us felt very important for them and we are so thankefull for that. Not dismissing no one but we will be missing a lot Josefa, Providencia, Bernardo, Magdalena and the girls in Coco Café, the guys at Manatees Bar, they made our time. We wish well all! Qué lo qué Familia?! Bendiciones!

If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger and go. Preferred Club is definitely a benefit here
We're a group of 6 and UVC members who originally booked Secrets Playa Esmeralda and were relocated to Secrets Tides. Truthfully it worked out magnificently. There is something for everyone to enjoy. We booked Preferred Club Oceanview Swimout and it came with a butler "Jorge". He anticipated all our needs and things we didn't even think about. The crew of ladies in the Coco Cafe have the most infectious smiles and always get our day started off with a bang. Thank u for the warm greetings and delicious treats. Our favorite early morning bartender Julianna always has a bubbling smile, Rockstar attitude and deliciously crafted beverages. And we can't forget our pre-dinner drinks craftsman Miguel with his cool as a cucumber demeanor 😎 . The crew in the Preferred Club Lounge can't be beat. Luis at the Preferred Club Lobby Bar crafts perfectly curated beverage experiences. Oh, and he doesn't let your glass go empty l😁😂🤣 The room is well appointed and our location was central to most all activities. Definitely on our list for a return visit. We saw hit or miss reviews on dining; the only meal that wasn't almost perfect was room service dinner, it was ok but I guess we were spoiled by the restaurants as their offerings are plentiful and delicious . The entertainment crew Mayra and "Skinny Girl" kept us laughing and having nonstop fun 😁 Our UVC Rep Natividad bent over backwards to ensure we received our benefits and she's absolutely an asset to the club.

5 Stars – An Incredible Experience at Secrets Tides Punta Cana
I had an amazing stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana and am so glad I chose this resort. Everything was top-tier—from the beautifully maintained grounds and sparkling clean facilities to the modern, comfortable rooms with great beds. Everything felt new, fresh, and thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and luxurious environment. The staff was outstanding across the board. Everyone I interacted with—from the waitstaff to housekeeping—was kind, attentive, and professional. The entertainment team really stood out for their energy, friendliness, and ability to make each day more fun. A few of them truly went above and beyond and deserve special recognition! Because I like to keep up with workouts while on vacation, I was happy to find a well-equipped gym with lots of natural light. I went 4–5 times and loved how the big windows brought in the beauty of the outdoors without missing a beat in my routine. I’ve already recommended Secrets Tides to a friend who’s visiting in two weeks, and I will absolutely be returning. This was a five-star experience in every way—one of the best vacations I’ve ever had!

Our stay was fantastic.
Bed was comfortable, room was nice (except the fruit seemed old), swim out was wonderful, staff was great, food was “meh” (much better at other Secrets, but this place is new and I’m sure they’re working the bugs out). Staff was friendly and accommodating. A bit pricey but great location and all inclusive, so it was worth it.

Second trip ... just as good as the first
This is our second trip to Tides, having gone in October 2024. We were booked for the new property in Playa Esmeralda but were rebooked to Tides when its opening was delayed. We stayed at the Preferred Club level, and our room was 1482. Had a great view of the PC pool area and the beach. We would like to thank the following people for their amazing service on our behalf: our butler, Estarlin; Coral (PC pool server); Wendy (restaurant wait staff); Miguel (bartender in the PC lounge); and Mercedes, food concierge. A special shoutout to Any, also a food concierge, who walked into Seaside Grill, saw me and my husband having dinner, and remembered us from October when she was a hostess at Oceana for breakfast. I love when resorts see the promise in someone and promote from within. She's a keeper! Special tip: If you are looking for transport from PUJ to the hotel, be sure to check out Benji Tours VIP Service. He's the best!
