The food and service is fantastic. I gained five pounds but I didn't hit the very nice gym and I could have easily gained more. The beach is perfect. The water is very warm and absolutely gorgeous. It was a very romantic trip. I would absolutely spend another week at The Vine.

So much fun at Secrets
We had a great time here, the staff were all super nice and eager to make sure everyone was having a good time. The food was excellent, the entertainment and daytime activities were awesome especially pool and beach volleyball. Alex, Diego, and Pedro were the life of the party and kept everyone having a good time

We love Alex, Diego and Pedro from the entertainment team! Thanks for all the volleyball! You’re the best, thanks for making our trip so fun! We need to come back one day when we return to Cancun! All of the activities were so fun and they loved making sure everyone had a good time!

Secrets the Vine - best hotel in Cancun
Our stay at the Secrets the Vine was amazing; we instantly felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. The entertainment team - Alain, Pedro, Diego, Sergio & the rest were great and so easy to get on with and made the total experience even better I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and was disappointed we only booked a week.

The food is horrible!! They treat white people better than blacks ! There was a hurricane and they stopped serving alcohol for days telling us to buy a bottle . Why would i buy a bottle if we spent thousands on all inclusive also whats does liqour have to do with a hurricane . These people are crazy i would never stay here again ! Its boring . The rooms are nice though thats about it . Too much chlorine in the pool i culdnt open my eyes with them burning and tearing for 48 hours ,
