Best food that I have had at a Secrets. The beef was great in all restaurants. If you like sushi and have a big group, family style platter is great at Dragons. All the staff were awesome and helpful. Humberto and Claudia were especially attentive.

Great time at The Vines!
Best place to visit. We are having the best time here. Bruce is our concierge on the 22nd floor and he could not be a better ambassador for this resort. Just fantastic! Birthday week and he has already helped us out so much. My family and I are so grateful for what you’ve done to make our trip special!

Poor hotel and there better five star hotels. No monitoring of sun beds so people reserving them at 6am then not using them until much later in the day meaning there are no sun beds available. People having to use the patio sofas as sun beds. Had a junior suite one day no hot water. Had to request coffee pods every day and there is no milk. No sound proofing so rooms really noisy in the evenings from guests going back to their rooms late at night. Food in our opinion is poor. Quantity over quality. All though fully inclusive we only ate there twice and on both occasions it was beyond poor. Def would not return it’s basically Mexidorm !!!

The only reason for not being 5 star is the inability to reserve restaurants therefore long waits and the fact given the cost of the hotel and the additional cost for the preferred club is the lack of sunbeds even on the preferred level . Getting up at 6:30am on holiday is not what I expected to have to do . Even had to pay $127 for a cabana so we could have somewhere to sit one of the days . Overall the hotel is stunning great bed great air conditioning great food and great staff especially Stefano . Exceptionally clean . Would recommend any of the restaurants bars and cafe . I would definitely return if I went back to Cancun

Great location and great resort
My husband and I visited Secrets the Vine for our anniversary. We wanted something close to airport, relaxing, good food and good drinks. This hotel met all expectations. We enjoyed how small the resort compared to other Secrets resorts. If price is right we will definitely go back.
