Amazing Hotel.
From being met at the door with a glass of prosecco to the whole experience was just amazing. The rooms were fabulous and the bed and pillows so comfortable. The choice of restaurants was a bonus and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Went for my 60th Birthday and had a sash with Happy Birthday on the door, and a cake to celebrate. The pool staff in particular Alberto were a credit to the hotel and the 2 ladies who welcomed you to breakfast were always so welcoming and cheerful. The food was tasty and plenty of choice. The sun beds complete with pillows were so comfortable and the pools cleaned regularly throughout the day. The little touches in the room like mats laid by the bedside with your slippers and a bottle of water and a glass every evening on the bedside cabinet were much appreciated. There is so much more to this hotel but would take to long to write about. Erick Zavala the manager visited the pool daily to ask if everything was OK and anything he could help you with and also useful suggestions for the evenings entertainment. Would definatly stay here again

A wonderful, relaxing trip to Cancun
Everything was wonderful! Especially loved our Butlers Melina and Jose! They helped to make our trip awesome! Comfortable beds, great food options! Loved the Market Cafe for breakfast and lunch, then restaurants for dinners! Sad to leave.

Best family vacation!!
The beach was clean with soft sand, minimal seaweed and a gentle slope into the most beautiful, turquoise blue, warm ocean, I have ever been to!! Amazing food and cocktails. The staff were wonderful. The best customer experience was from the 12 th floor Pool Butler, Angel!! His name says it all!! Super helpful, friendly, attentive, handsome young man. Anyone who walked through the sliding glass doors, Angel would be right there, with a warm inviting smile, ready to accommodate, with setting people up with towels and a lounge, asking if they prefer sun or shade! REMEMBER bring your sunscreen, or be prepared to pay an outrageous amount of $60.00 US for one bottle.

Beautiful Resort- Restaurant Service The Best!!!
The resort was beautiful! First I must thank the front desk supervisor, Palmira. She went over and above to ensure our stay met our expectations. However, the best part of our trip was the restaurant service provided by Felix (Karla, Ernesto and their crew) was absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and we were totally overwhelmed with the level of service! We will definitely be going back for our anniversary in November!

Beautiful Premises/Fell a Bit Short on Expectations
Beautiful premises, great location. Service and friendliness was great. Room - Jr. Suite had everything you need; however, they do need maintenance on the details (noisy faucets, rusting metal, outdated lamps, less than fluffy towels, etc.) Noise from Hallways can be heard. They need to work on reducing that, especially at night. Entertainment from the pool area can also be quite noisy. Restaurants - The best restaurants are the Bluewater Grill and Nebbiolo (Italian Food). The highlight was The Vine Bazaar, their coffee and pastries were the best. Olio and Dragon were the ones we liked the least. Food - Breakfast Buffet is the best; however, the food at dinner needs to improve in taste and side portions. Drinks - Coffee at the Vine Bazaar was the best. They do need to improve the quality of their drinks. Cocktails were just so-so. They use terrible juice concentrate for their drinks. There was no decent real-fruit Juice Bar available, except at breakfast buffet. Beach - the view is priceless; however, it is not really a walkable beach. The sand is very rough to walk on and you will not be able to go a long distance. The hotel's beach access is flanked on each side by a parasailing booth and a jet ski booth. They will make noise, they will make waves and sometimes there will be fumes. Depending on the time of the year, you may or may not have a lot of sargasso, which is unpleasant, so check the updates online. Also, there will be beach vendors, as it is a public beach. Entertainment - Not enough activities for adults, unless you're at the pool. The best was the Mexican night on a Wednesday. It offered a special Mexican dinner buffet with a nice mariachi and dance show.
