Best Company Offsite
I thought I wrote my review for here, but I guess not! Anywho, we hosted our company offsite here in October 2022 and had an incredible experience. We brought 200 employees in for 3 days of fun and even with the weather we made the best of it. The staff did an incredible job on turning night 1's beach party/dinner into an indoor happy hour and dinner in the conference hall (seriously fantastic), then on night 2 for our outdoor party by the pool the rain wasn't letting up so they allowed us to keep the hot tub open until 7pm because our employees had already taken it over and we didn't want to stop the party for them. Rafael worked his magic with the team and we transitioned it with passed apps, drinks, and music. I was in charge of planning the offsite and worked closely with Rafael Garcia the whole time, along with his incredible staff. The rooms were great, and constantly restocked and cleaned multiple times a day. I had an oceanfront swim out with a terrific view. My work colleagues were next to me on both sides so we had some late night parties and security was fine with it as long as there were no complaints. One downfall is the closing hours were very early so it was hard to get everyone together to continue hanging out/partying (which I completely get it given it's an all-inclusive and you don't want these people drinking 24/7 lol). They were very accommodating on getting us extra alcohol and beers to our rooms so we could host after hours. The spa was excellent and I went a couple times while I was there (one pre-event and one post event - highly recommend for any events director planning an event). The staff definitely took care of us! Looking forward to my next trip back!

Disappointing return visit
We found the staff (Bailey, Urbano, Mar, of course, Luis), housekeeping and groundskeepers always working hard to make the resort run well. The Rosewater waiters work very hard to accommodate every request. The issue is Hyatt ownership is making the resort follow a corporate model which is taking the charm out of Mexico. The food is substandard for a resort billing itself as 5-star. Meat was tough, fruit was tasteless, veggies were scarce, dessert was awful. Service on the Breathless restaurants was understaffed. There were large conferences pulling diners away from restaurants do it should not have taken two hours for a meal or items to never be served (yes we reminded the waiter). The gym was beautiful but too warm. The activities and entertainment were really dull. Edy encouraged guests at pool were invited to join activities but never were the beach crowd addressed (we were there 8 days).

Food sucked
Food sucked and not as much variety or easily accessible as other resorts. Won't be going back to this specific resort. Beach was clean but water isn't the pretty clear blue, you don't want to get into it.

Great Hotel
Everything was great. Staff very attentive. Rooms clean. Turn down service every day. Food as good. Steaks not their top thing. Hibachi restaurant was memorable. You need to book it on the day of dinner.

Cooley holiday 2023
An exceptional resort set within stunning scenic views. The resort is definitely a piece of paradise at it's finest. I went with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. We hired a cabana on the beach, the staff were very attentive. We went to the beach for dinner and the food and drink was exceptional. The resort was busy but not crowded. We were always able to dine at our choice of restaurant with no waiting time. The room was clean and fresh towels everyday. I would highly recommend the resort. A holiday which we will cherish.
