    Breath taking experience

    I loved the resort overall. The staff was at every beck and call not to mention smiling. They all spoke English well even though I understood Spanish. I will definitely be returning for another stay. It would be nice if transportation would be provided to the large shows in Cancun.

    Great experience

    The grounds were always kept nice and clean, our rooms were also always kept clean! We pretty much stayed in the beach and it was so relaxing and well kept! Everyone was so friendly from the time we got there to the time we left! Great experience would love to go back!

    Fantastic Experience!

    We had a marvelous time in Secrets Maroma. We arrived early for our check in and we were received like King and Queen. While doing our check in we were offered sparkling wine! In general, the hotel is always clean and the gardens well kept. The pool is immaculate and all the restrooms are always clean. The staff is amazing, kind and always checking on you. The entertainment team keep you busy with lots of fun activities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The ambiance is very relaxing and great for couples, it is also a small hotel compared to others which I love because I could get overwhelmed with too many people. The food is great in all the restaurants and they have 24 hours room service and coffee place. Thank you Secrets Maroma!

    Family fun

    The service and food/drinks were super. Pool bar was unbelievable. They would mix any drink that you asked for. The burger grill and pizza bar were great. I would highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

    Just a great resort

    Once again and for the six consecutive year we have spent two great weeks in this amazing resort . All the staff is doing it’s best to provide you the best quality service. Thanks to Henri the concierge for his efficiency and it was great to see Louis the GREAT pizza chef . The beach is continuously cleaned and is amazing when the sea weeds disappear. Hopefully we will back next year.
