The staff was great. The resort was beautiful. We went to celebrate our anniversary they really took care of us. Special shout out to Roberto & Evelyn at the preferred lounge, Julio at the sky bar, Johnathan at the meze restaurant, and Lizbet Fernandez our Concierge. We will be going back.

The most amazing resort and staff!!!
Secrets Bahia Mita was an absolute dream! This was my first ever time in Mexico, and an all-inclusive and my expectations were more than exceeded. From the hotel itself, to the amazing staff and excellent food this place could not be beat. The rooms were clean, elegant, and fully stocked. The staff had the most amazing customer service, and made you feel like you were at home. The hospitality was out of this world, you would never see any worker without a smile on their face. The highlight of my trip was the amazing entertainment crew, specifically Fernando, Eme, Ricardo, Canelo, Liberato, Ivan, and Melanie. These people were constantly high energy, exciting, happy and made you feel so happy and excited to participate in any activity that they were doing. Its people like this that make you want to spend every vacation at that resort. I truly thank all these special people for making my vacation truly memorable. Such hard working and honest people, and I could not recommend this resort more! A complete 10/10! Thank you Secrets Bahia Mita, I will definitely be back!

Beautiful resort with amazing staff!!
I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 days with 3 of my friends and it was absolutely amazing!! The resort is stunning, the food was delicious and the staff was even better!! A special shout out to the Entertainment team! Fernando, Canelo, Eme, Ricardo, Ivan, Melanie, and Liberato were the perfect team!! They were always so kind and full of energy and definitely made this trip a memorable one!! I hope I have the pleasure of seeing them again!! Viva Mexico!! Muchas gracias por su amabilidad!! Les deseo lo mejor!!

This review can be summed up by something my husband said one night while at the property: “This place is beautiful at night when you don’t see all its imperfections.” Pros: Food Rooms Mobile App Cons: Confusing layout Not adults only! Dreams and Secrets are on the same property. Secrets is adults only, and Dreams is NOT. If you want to book Secrets because it’s an adult-only property, don’t do it! I don’t know how they feel they can claim to be an adults-only hotel with kids on-site. It’s a total sham! The preferred upgrade isn’t all that preferred, and the upgraded drinks are only in specific areas. Indifferent staff, lack of service by the pools, even with good tips This is a vacation club, so there are vacation club vultures throughout trying to sell you a rebranded timeshare. Activities don’t seem to be well thought out. The beach was not clean. If you are a beach person, this is not the resort for you. Overall, there is an apparent lack of management, especially in the maintenance department. Scuffs and patches need to be painted, lots of water stains on ceilings, a large section of tiles missing around the swim-up bar, broken umbrellas, dirty handrails, and more. Subpar for this type of resort. The bottom line, we won’t be back. So many resorts have much better service, are more well maintained, and at a better price. This place is overrated and extremely overpriced. Hyatt disappointed with this one.

This place isn't adults only, all you hear is kids screaming at the pool, no music at the pool, only when they do the same dance everyday. Very loud in the halls, dog barking all day and it starts at4 am from adjacent property. Not a lot of positives really .
