    From the staff, to the house keepers, to the servers they were all professional and courteous Had the best week possible with all of them hope in the future I can return to be able to enjoy it again

    Wonderful stay.

    The resort was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The staff was courteous, polite and responding quickly to our every need. There was not a time when our concierge , Alan, did take a minute when we crossed paths to make sure there wasn't anything we needed.

    Amazing trip!!! Would go again!!

    Everyone was so kind and helpful!! It was so clean and beautiful! Everyone went out of their way to accommodate you. The food was amazing and the service was amazing!! Fantastic trip!! They made up our room morning and night and did a beautiful job!! Loved the rooms!! Always clean!!

    5 stars resort! Best resort we have stayed at. The resort itself is beautiful. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. We had the best time. Relaxed and enjoyed are stay. Would definitely travel back!

    Amazing resort, fantastic staff & facilities - somewhere you need to stay!

    My husband and I went back to this resort to celebrate our anniversary and no surprise, it was just as enjoyable, relaxing and fun the second time around. Along with all of the fantastic facilities the Resort has to offer, the staff really made us feel at home and were so attentive to us throughout our stay. I really can't compliment the staff enough, they are an amazing group of people! Special thanks to: Gabriela who checked us in on our arrival at the Preferred Club Lounge Veronica our super friendly & helpful concierge Mateo, Roberto, Lurdy and & Estriel. Lurdy remembered us from our last visit! Samuel who looked after our food & drinks on the beach & Antonio by the pool Omar from the Preferred lounge bar Ali and Basilio who looked after us at the NYE pool party and finally, Diana the Queen of the Entertainment Crew keeping us in high spirits every day and night! Preferred Club: We stayed in Block 4 (we requested to stay here again) and it's in a great location. It's the building over the Preferred Club bar which is great if you ever want to drop in for anything as it's so close. Location wise, they are closer to the beach and pool but not too close that it's ever too noisy. Preferred club also benefit from 'top shelf' liquor but I don't think it's something that you need to worry about, as they have a great range in every bar. Entertainment: There is always something to keep you entertained! From tequila tastings, pool bingo, volleyball, snorkeling, live bands, cooking classes...the list goes on and on! Beach and Pool: There are locations around the resort to suit everyone. The last time we stayed we spent most of our time on the beach and rarely sat by the pool. This time, we did the opposite and spent most of our time by the pool and taking breaks at the pool bar. It was a great spot to chat to other guests, cool down and hydrate! Overall, it's a fantastic resort with great facilities and people, and I know we'll be back again soon.
