    Was treated very disrespectfully and scammed for additional fees!

    I attempted to book the free shuttle service (as promised on the website), but was scammed by the call center agent who attempted to charge me an additional $80 in fees for a service that should be free/included with my 14-day stay. I was treated very disrespectfully. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Hibachi dinner at Sandos

    Efrain was friendly, entertaining and a lot of fun! The restaurant is lucky to have him. Clearly enjoys what he does. He has the greatest laugh! Leopoldo was very courteous and friendly too. Overall a very nice evening!!

    Wonderful time

    Excellent entertainment, food, and atmosphere from Estaban! Very accommodating for food restrictions! I recommend coming here they are helpful and they will work with you for any problems or concerns. Very safe place!

    Go to the hibachi!!!

    Efrain at Gaijin was the best! Had such a fun time and can’t wait to come back! The pools were a lot of fun and the food and drink options were amazing!! We will be planning a vacation back to this location for sure!
