Amazing
My stay was amazing!!! Junior made it greater than it was, his service and attention to detail was off the charts!! Really a great dude. Can’t wait to come back and refer people to come to your place. DR is a magical place all along. The maids are doing a heck of a job too.

Just a great experience
The grounds were beautiful. The staff were polite and hard working. The waterpark was way bigger than expected. Food was not bad even at the buffet. I would definitely stay again. It was the the least expensive on the 3 hotel property but I loved it more than the others

Great Vacation!!
Junior B was an amazing butler. He was very attentive and helpful, and he made our stay at the Royalton Punta Cana an unforgettable experience. Junior was always available to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. He even went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. I would highly recommend Junior B to anyone staying at the Royalton Punta Cana. He is a true asset to the resort.

The staff at this hotel are some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered! They are helpful, kind, and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. A special mention to our room assistant, Junior, who was exceptional. The food here is absolutely delicious, with plenty of options available at all times. The Italian restaurant, “Grazie,” was a standout experience, and our waiter, Enrice, was incredibly attentive and helpful. Everyone at the hotel genuinely strives to assist you and resolve any issues you may have. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

The Royalton Brand has become substandard
I've been to over 5 Royalton Resorts and was disappointed, to say the least. I paid extra for Diamond Club and my room wasn't available for 2 hours. When I arrived at my room there wasn't any premium liquor as the butler service advertises and only 1 towel. My butler Carolina was supposed to send someone to my room for the liquor and towels as well as schedule a massage for me, but I didn't hear from her until the next morning after I retrieved my towels and booked my massage myself. The shower was cold for the last 2 days, but it still wasn't fixed when maintenance came. There were some pleasant experiences with some of the staff at the coffee shop and the swim-up bars and the train shuttle were a cool experience for the kids but this will be my last visit to Royalton.
