Great resort
Liked a lot for 2nd time for the teen hangout it was great got to play gta 5 every day at least once. The best staff member in the teen hangout is Angel. He also gave me billards and ping pong lessons

Overall good
Overall 8 out of 10. The staff and service is wonderful. But the rooms could use some upgrading. The bathroom mirror is dated but shower is great. The toiletries definitely need to be upgraded. We had Diamond Club, it was a nice perk, the only issue were the cabanas at the pool. We had to wake up at 530 am to get a cabana for the day for free. There are only 3 out of approximately 15 cabanas that were on the first come first serve basis. The other ones can be reserved for an extra cost. Seems silly since we already upgraded to Diamond Club. Overall this resort is beautiful, the food is good, it’s very typical to get repetitive food at all inclusive, but overall it was great. We had Baruc and Miguel both checked in with us daily and were very kind to us. We would come back again to this hotel.

It’s not luxury resort TUI need to address there advertising
Where do we start! We arrived on 9th March had no welcome just show to diamond club to be given our wrist band and told to go get food as it was 8pm! Then we got to put £7000 Holiday upgrade room sea view and we couldn’t believe at 9pm what we was facing… No1 the room smelt of mould No2 the sound coming from the pool hideaway Entertainment karaoke was so loud it felt like it was in our room. No3 went to diamond club to get a room change the butler and reception lady were rude and said it would stop around 11pm!! No4 We had to accept a down grade that I had to put in writing that I would not ask for a refund (no doubt they sold our room for an upgrade) No5 still could hear the PARTY but not so bad as we was on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel. The following day we went to the beach and was told we can’t leave the beds for no longer than 30mins or they would clear our things away ( gave him a tip and it was fine) The beach bar staff worked hard but I’m shocked they didn’t have an accident as the decking was falling apart (see photos) Every restaurant got our orders WONG even at breakfast!! It was a joke we did end up playing a game between us!! Guess what we will get. Not the hotel fault but SPRING BREAK TUI should tell us British that this time of year is party season as when we booked this we wanted adults only quiet romantic NOPE it was club 18/30 Benidorm. On the 2nd from last day I was laying by the pool same as an old lady next to me, the other half went for a walk on the beach about 9am and they started cleaning windows and also adding stuff to the pool within 15-30 mins my eyes were burning!! Inside and out, the lady next to me asked if I was ok?? Because her eyes were also burning. My other half got in the pool I asked him to get out about 10 am as I was worried my eyes were killing. He got out and nothing he could do!! I went up to the room to shower and change!! Used the fresh room water in the shower to rinse my eyes out. I came back at about 11am not 100% but better! ( the lay next to me had done the same) when I got back he was back in the pool however the towel he had sat on had turned from brown to pink it was the chlorine or bleach so now I know why my eyes hurt and that was from him being in the pool!!!!! !(see photos) I could go on and on we did not enjoy our 2 weeks and will not be returning. The staff were lovely and worked so hard unfortunately this holiday needs to be downgraded for us in the UK it should be a 3 star it’s not worth 7k for 2 weeks.

Royalton experience
Had a good time. Marisol was amazing with our girls (11 and under). Made them bracelets which was a hit. Daniella and Daniel and Mahui from the vibes team were great too. We were in Diamond club and would reccomend.

Meh
Service was poor. The Food was mediocre. The Resort is old. Elevator was broken. Very confusing when we checked in. The spa was good. And the excursion we went on was very good though. And the fitness center itself wasn’t great - No Peletons. But the classes and the instructions made it wonderful. We loved Gabby and Edgar!!!
