The best time with family and friends Cesar and Nancy were the best server to Caribbean Restaurant Very friendly and profesional always there when you need them We will come back to This resort. Very clean, food is fantastic beach and water very nice

Supper Kind Staff That Make it Great
While the report is beautiful, the people who work there are that makes it amazing. Between the amazing baristas Ayme, Kevin and Adelina working at the coffee shop Gelato, or Aaron running around making and delivering drinks, they were always supper kind and always had a smile on their faces. As well the fitness classes that are offered are an added bonus. The only down side to the resort is that it was undergoing maintenance pretty consistently while we were there leading to short power outages and noise by the pool. The resort itself is 4 stars but the people there make it 5.

Truly the best time 🫶🏼
We had the most wonderful time from the moment we arrived until the time we unfortunately had to leave! Our stay was magical and Andrea (entertainment) and Sergio (restaurant) were the cherry on our cake. They could not do enough to ensure we were having the best time. We hope one day we can return the favour and have invited them into our home if they are ever in the UK. Mexico has a piece of our heart. Always ❤️ Thank you both x 🫶🏼

Royalton fit
Luis was wonder leader of the aqua fitness class he used noodles in the pool, swam, stretched! Burned 181 calories during the class. Food and drinks were excellent. Beach is private and clean. We would definitely come back over and over again and again.

The dining experience is horrible. Why would you have tables outside but not allow people to sit outside and eat? This makes no sense. Not only that, I saw tables that clearly showed someone was eating and drinking outside. It’s an all inclusive resort. Do you think I am going to run off with the plate?
