    Great experience!

    Lovely, safe and fun. Carlos, of the beach worker team for Diamond Club was outstanding. Samuel, in the Diamond Club lounge was another gem. Our butler, Omar, put a smile on my face everyday. The employees make the place so fantastic!! If you go, do the Diamond Club, so worth the extra $$. Sky restaurant was excellent. We will be back.

    Private Butlers

    Our butlers, Omar and Gilbert, were very helpful. Omar went out of his way to make sure our requests were met and his sense of humour matched our group of friends. Thanks so much for all the fun. The resort itself had great food. We were scared we might get sick but didn't.

    Great staff, Great Service

    A beautiful view with attentive staff and wonderful service. Turquoise blue water and beautiful sunrises. An excellent respite to refresh. Carlos at the beach is amazing. Sergio at the Diamond Club bar is exceptional. And Sandra is an exceptional Diamond Club butler.

    Great service from Carlos and Sandra

    Carlos’ service at the Diamond Club beach was excellent, and our butler Sandra was amazing! She helped us with everything from our dinner reservations to our excursion to Xel-Ha offering to order us room service before we left early in the morning.

    Great trip

    We had a great time. The beach is amazing. Arturo and Samara were our butlers and they were amazing! They did our reservations, took care of our luggage, sent us Schedules, and answered all of our questions! The staff was friendly and the resort was clean! We enjoyed our trip!
