Perfection!
The Diamond staff made sure that our every need was attended to. They are so pleasant and easy to deal with. They are eager to please you and ensure your vacation is everything you dreamed it would be. The people are the reason we have returned 3 years in a row and are already talking about returning next year.

This was my second time. Love the resort! Very close to the airport 25m. The rooms were nice. Might need some renovation in showers though. Water pressure was not great. Diamond club is always worth it. The service was mostly good but felt staff was sometimes not as friendly. But our butler Roy offered the utmost excellent service! Made our stay feel so special. The staff at omelet station in oceanside buffet and main buffet were great.The gym staff and spa were courteous and helpful. It was mainly staff at restaurants serving (not all) that could be friendlier. The white beach party was absolutely a highlight of our stay!

Family fun at the Royalton Bavaro
We had a fabulous time at the Royalton Bavaro result in Punta Cana. The resort was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, lots of food choices, great nightly entertainment and our butler Ryan, couldn’t have been more helpful. He really took care of us and made the trip extra special.
