    Best hotel ever with great location, away

    Best hotel ever! Great location directly at the beach, awesome rooms with an amazing view, super friendly and highly professional front desk personal, especially reception manager Ashley and Lissette, assistant hotel manager Janneth and administrator Manuel! Thanks for another wonderful stay at your hotel! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

    Overall good stay

    Overall good stay. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Really good breakfast- plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Outdoors watch the birds- they are there to steal your food. Pool area looked good but we did not use it- by the sea was much better. Pool bar very fast service and good snacks. But check in is really slow. Even access to US is much faster 🥹 It was our fourth hotel in a row this time and first time all passports, all copies…. Uhhh… and elevator was out of service.. so after reaching to hotel all this was too much. We traveled with our teenage children and had room with two double beds. This double bed is so narrow that it was complete nightmare. Two night we slept on eachother but then we took extrabed. And we are completely average grownups. For teenagers bed was wide enough and comfy. And nou laundery in the hotel. They have to order laundery service and when get your clothes back depends on ordering time.

    Very nice hotel but just with twin beds. Outstanding American and European breakfast. Little bit problems with check in and not everyone spoke English at valet parking but overall a great inexpensive hotel

    Fantastic location

    Fantastic location and pool area. Great breakfast buffet. Nice room. View was amazing. Dinner buffet was too expensive. Elevators broken unfortunately so we had to walk the stairs a lot. Stuff in the reception not so service minded and spoke very poor English.

    The worst Riu I’ve ever stayed in and we love this hotel chain! I’m just reading some reviews and the lifts STILL ARNT OPERATING FULLY SINCE WE WENT IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR! The manager was rude too won’t be visiting here again
