    Great Hotel and Service

    This hotel was fantastic the staff did everything in their power to take care of us 100% without question anything we needed they saw to our needs the only problem that I had with them is there restaurants out of the five nights we stayed we only ate in one restaurant except for the buffet the other days it should be easier to get a reservation or no reservation at all to eat at the restaurants they have five restaurants I don't understand why they're always booked and they can't have somebody just walk in and eat it seems ridiculous to me you should pay more attention to the guest eating in the restaurants has nothing to do with the staff the staff was excellent It's just getting in the restaurant was almost impossible we only ate one restaurant the whole time we were there except for the buffet

    The Best Vacation Ever

    It was my best Riu trip ever. I spent 10 days this time for my daughter’s 32nd birthday. The beach was beautiful and amazing! Food was also with a variety of dishes and choices beautifully presented. The room was clean and well appointed every day. The drinks were excellent each one as good as the last with champagne flowing easily. The grounds were well kept and beautiful but could be improved upon in the future .

    Fabulous

    Stayed at Rui Palce, The complex was very clean as was the rooms. The beach was amazing and kept to a very high standard even with the unsettled weather at the beginning. The staff were always smiling and very helpful. The only downside was the speciality restaurants, firstly had trouble making reservations via the app, also the chefs need to taste their from as it lacked seasoning. The buffet restaurant was very good and there was always a lot of choice. Overall it was a fantastic break

    Amazing

    Out of all the resorts and riu hotels I have been to this was by fair my favourite The location is beautiful… the food was amazing and didn’t make me sick like most resorts .. the buffet girls were lovely and so friendly Dena went over and above every morning for us . the selection and service was incredible… the boys at the bars were extremely professional and had a huge knowledge of drinks that I’ve never experienced at a resort before … I watched Sillion Ohshain and jelani be berated and insulted by guests … they kept their cool and were so professional… very impressive considering the amount of rude European guests that were there during our stay Never have a seen such a performance from a bartender like Sillion Mike was always smiling and keeping us hydrated on the beach All and all a great vacation can’t wait to return
