Exemplary service
Each and every staff member was polite, professional, helpful and friendly! I lets my phone on the beach. In the short time I realized it and headed to look for it, it had already been returned to the front desk for my signed retrieval!

Not to my liking
Service was outstanding. Food was horrendous. Even restaurants needing reservations was terrible. It states adults only but the adults acted like 2 year olds. Pretty low class. Again every employee was gracious and smiling

Horrible Thanksgiving week!
How horrible? We left a day early, eating the cost of our last, missed day. The hotel itself is OK, as is the beach. The food was mediocre, but we weren’t expecting much from an all-you-can-eat buffet. What was unbelievably annoying, however, were two things: (1) The music from the pool was blasted from about 11:00 a.m. until late at night. Typical “club music” played with the bass turned up high. There literally was no escaping it, whether you were on the adjacent beach or in your room with the terrace door closed. (2) The hawkers on the beach were unrelenting. There wasn’t a minute that went by without an army of sales people selling everything from Cuban cigars, to hair braiding, to boat trips, to pineapple drinks, to jet ski rentals, etc., etc. The guy selling the cigars literally came over to our area screaming out his product every 5 minutes. I kid you not! If you’re looking for a nice quality, relaxing hotel on a beautiful beach - look elsewhere. You’d be better off going to Coney Island in August.

Will go again!
My third time at this resort, will definitely go again! Great variety of food, friendly staff, plenty of room at the 2 pools to enjoy the activities. The beach is beautiful with enough chairs to relax and enjoy!

Nassau Get Away
Friendly and very competent staff in all areas. Biggest fault was no restroom close to the Atlantic and Bahamas restaurants. In the rooms, no robe hook on bathroom door and more importantly, no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
