    Amazing resort!

    We visited the Riu Palace Pacifico at the end of Sep 2024 and we had a wonderful time. The renovations done to the resort were outstanding. The room was gorgeous, the grounds were amazing and the food and service were great! A very few minor negatives were the amount you got bothered on the beach by the massage people and that they didn't clean up the cigarette butts daily. Otherwise, we really enjoyed everything and Rio in the restaurants and Lupita at the Daiquiri bar were 2 of our favourites. We liked that it was low season and not as busy as we didn't wait for seating in any of the restaurants. The buffet was like nothing I've ever seen before, so large and wonderful choices.

    Better than ever

    Just returned from the Palace and this property is still my all time favourite. The Reno has made a great Hotel even better. The change to the pools and the addition of Pepe’s and the Taco bar along with the new Bathrooms are a real plus. Have to mention our favourite waiter Julian at the Buffet who has been there for 16 years and Luz at the front desk who both are outstanding. Thanks to all the staff and management for a great holiday. This was our sixth stay and we will definitely be back. Norm and Shirley.

    Vacation

    Everything was excellent even though I liked the decor better before the renovation. The only thing that could be made better is to have larger print over the food in the buffet. I have to put on reading glasses to read what the food is. We plan to get married there on the beach next year!
