    Better than a cruise!

    My husband and I loved every minute of our time at Palace Pacifico. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed a new adventure in eating each evening as we tried a different cuisine every night. We particularly enjoyed the adults only aspect and plan on finding other Rui locations in the future.

    Love this Place!

    This was our 3rd visit since the renovation. The hotel is very clean and set up really good. We had a room on the 8th floor for the first 6 nights of our trip and then got moved to an Elite Club room for the last 3. Both rooms were all in great shape and everything in working condition. We enjoyed the lunches at Pepe's, Tiki Taco and the Sports Bar. We are frequent visitors to Riu's, these restaurants are far above all the others. One day at Pepe's we ate bacon wrapped shrimp and salmon fillets. Wow! The fillet at the Steakhouse was very good too. Mostly we ate at the buffet and could always find something to eat. The staff at this resort are so fantastic! All wait staff and bartenders are great. The landscapers do an incredible job of keeping the grounds immaculate. We stayed on the resort grounds, except for a few massages because everything was right at the resort. After breakfast we would head to the pool bar which was a great place to hang out and start the day. The pool deck can be slippery, so be careful. We are already booked again for September, can't wait!

    Beautiful Resort

    The resort was beautiful, nice scenery, gorgeous beach. The only draw back was food in my opinion but still had enough choices where I didn’t starve. Room service food was also good and prompt.

    RIU never disappoints!

    We spent two weeks at the RIU Palace Pacifico. We relaxed at the pools, ate at all the restaurants, watched some shows. It was an overall excellent vacation. We would like to thank everybody but in particular Yuli, Flor, Adriana, (pool service), Mauro and Miguelito (buffet). We have been to a few RIU's and they have different vibes but also include cleanliness, friendliness, and really good food. We're now long term RIU fans.

    Fabulous Resort!

    We traveled to Palace Pacifico from California to stay for a week. We were met at the airport and had a pleasant ride to the resort. Upon arrival we were greeted and taken to our room. We were impressed with the elegance and size of the lobby and friendliness of the staff. All week long our expectations were exceeded- the food, the entertainment, the activities, and overall cleanliness of the property. We made use of the body boards in the morning before the wind came up, the water exercises, the ping pong tournaments, and the fitness center. The service in each of the restaurants was wonderful and the activities directors made each day fun! We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone.
