Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was our first time traveling to Cancun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone gave us the best service and the view, the resort itself, everything was so beautiful and perfect.

The BEST!
This is our favorite resort! So many review that this resort is outdated- we love the victorian/vintage look. We have been to other RIU’s and this is still our favorite resort. The staff, service, cleanliness and food are 10/10. The staff are constantly cleaning. It is beautiful!!!

The hotel is very well maintained, but very dated. They still use key cards and towel cards, their rooms are clean, but beds, not the most comfortable, and there were only a few outlets and all of them had issues. Charging anything was incredibly slow, Wi-Fi was spotty at best. The food is better than I thought it would be. You can find a few decent choices anywhere that you go. Because of the design of the hotel, it is a bit loud because everything is on top of each other and in a courtyard. The pools are nice. The beach is small, but nice and well maintained as are the grounds. The biggest issue was on the weekends when it was incredibly busy with a much younger crowd that got very rowdy where security was needed . This resort tolerated much more than it should have from the rowdy crowd that really left an impression on anyone 40 and over. This resort could use another bar option as well. On the whole, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from this hotel so it didn’t blow me away or disappoint me. A decent four star.

Brilliant
Hotel beautiful. Staff fantastic especially Abu and Lucea lovely wee girl. not i pressed with the food or service at the Black and White restaurant but the rest were amazing especially the Italian. White party music great and well run stayed away from the party pool as very few people got out to go to the toilet I ll let you decide if they had very strong bladders but the other pools lovely very clean beach, plenty of sunbeds everywhere. would definately recommed this hotel

Was honestly a good experience rooms were outdated but still enjoyed the stay in my room. Overall a really good experience
