    Simplicity.

    From pick up to return the airport shuttle was simple and easy and was nice. Definitely a plus to have that as part of the package. Working with the front desk on check-in was simple and easy and made very fast and everything was explained very well. The landscape palm trees and grass were kept up very nice and looked very presentable. Loved all the palm trees on the beach. The pools were excellent. They were a little warm, but it was very hot out. Maybe do something cool like add ice to cool it on a hot day. I believe my room was on the west side and had an ocean view from the third floor, and it was amazing to see the sunrise. The beach was nice considering the battle with seaweed, but was not an issue for me and my partner. The food was excellent at every restaurant we attended, and the buffet was excellent. The entertainment was good and the lobby bar made for a relaxing evening. We did not take part in leaving the resort to go to outside parties at the other locations so I cannot comment on that. I would like to see you add a DJ every night so that people can dance and have a good time at your resort maybe from like 10 o’clock till 12 o’clock. Maybe have a Dj on the beach one evening for a beach party. Maybe add a policy that you cannot use outside speakers around the pool make it prohibited. Due to the fact, we had to have your security tell people that they cannot use it. Having your music playing and somebody else else’s just made it kind of overwhelming. Your staff did a good job taking care of the problem. All the waiters and waitresses did an excellent job I would come back again. We stayed from May 29 till June 2.

    Wonderful hotel great food and service

    First night was great Italian restraunt was best one down here been to 21 of them by far the best. Adrian at breakfast is a great waiter hotel is staffed great. Will keep you updated as trip goes on pools are clean and warm lunch buffet has great food.

    GREAT STAY!

    I absolutely loved everything! Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained (which pleased me from beginning to end). The staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Jesus, who provided beach service—he was attentive and very kind. I read several comments saying the Elite Club wasn't worth it. I disagree. The best restaurant is the Club’s, to begin with. The exclusive pool is also quieter, and the premium snacks and drinks in the room make a difference. The sea is indeed rougher in this part of the beach, but nothing that gets in the way of enjoying a swim. There was a lot of seaweed during my stay, but it was constantly being cleaned up. All in all, I highly recommend it!
