We stayed at the Rui palace Montego Bay over Christmas and the new year and loved it .. Room was lovely (but would have preferred pool side as view not great) the only downfall was our room was right next to the stairs and was extremely noisy especially early hours of the morning when people was shouting to each other and slamming doors…. Beds were the best we have ever slept on Staff were wonderful and so friendly especially Ewan, Hayne, Whitney, Kemesha and Ashlee Food was 1st class with great variety so never got bored also a great choice of drinks Entertainment was good although a little repetitive and the entertainment staff were amazing each and every one of them The whole area inside and outside the hotel was always spotlessly clean and never a shortage of sunbeds around pools and on the beach. We will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to see you all again

Winter Vacation
This was an awesome vacation I will return. I would definitely come back and bring my daughter. Everything was good. The food was good the energy the people gave off was good. The music was good. The weather was good. Everything was good. The front desk was excellent. The bartenders was wonderful. The service was marvelous. I will return.

Good food, good service, rooms need upgraded
Good food, good services but the rooms need to be updated, the doors are dirty if it’s white paint it should look really clean. This is the most expensive hotel and the oldest looking at of the 3. But the food is much better out of the 3. Entertainment is slim to none, will have to go to the other resorts for fun and better entertainment.

My stay at RIU
I had a wonderful stay at RIU it was a great experience the food and the entertainment was great and the staff there are wonderful . My overall stay was excellent and I will recommend it to everyone.

5 stars for an all inclusive!
Pretty perfect as far as all inclusive’s go. Beach is more like a little cove area but still nice. Open bathroom into bedroom was a little odd, but at least toilet and shower were private. Just something to be aware of. Employees were either super, super nice or seemed angry to be there (but the angry ones were very, very few - maybe just having a bad day.) Overall great vibe. I will go back.
