Excellent
5 adults in our party everyone loved hotel the buffet was excellent they had something for everyone we went to all specialty restaurants except Krystal nobody wanted to where slacks we ate at Giannis across the street twice. The service was great didn’t have to ask the staff was always there if u wanted anything like fruit sticks buy the pool we always found a palapa at different times of the day there was staff on the beach to help u with tables & chairs. This is my 6 th time in Aruba & have stayed at many different all inclusives this is definitely my favorite. The walkway in back of the theater was convient to get to the RIU palace & have better access to the main street areas where many bars & restaurants were. What can I say about the beach & water perfectly crystal blue & perfect temperature to cool off. Also floats snorkel paddle boats & kyacks were in hut between the palace & antillas we used them all of course our adult children rented jet skis that’s also available right on the beach. The bus stop in front of hotel takes u into town fo shopping for 3.00 each way they come every 20 minutes. What else can I say we had a blast until next time! Enjoy! Downside the king bed were a little Lumpy need more pillows that was my fault should have asked also they are always cleaning cleaning cleaning 1 more thing keep away from the pool bar they call it the pee pool

Pool entertainment by KiKi
Chile, let me tell you about Louis/Lewis aka Kiki, adult pool entertainer!!!! A whole entire vibe for our entire 7 day vacation. He needs to stay on the hotel payroll always with continuous raises, promotions etc. His energy is INFECTIOUS and he gets the party started all the way to finish!!! We were the group from Buffalo NY and everybody loved him. Great choice as your employee and very well loved by everyone not just our group. I hope to see him next year. Until then, KiKi we’ll miss you, keep being you ❤️

Don’t stay. Check in was a nightmare.
We booked this Birthday Girls Trip 10 months in advance and encountered problems after problems. First, when we showed up around 5pm they told us they did NOT have any rooms. It was 5 of us and we had reservations for 2 rooms. Neither was available. Did I mention I “checked in” 2 days before we arrived. Secondly, when they finally found us 2 rooms in their sister property which was a family hotel (we booked the adult only resort) the rooms were terrible. One room had the maintenance man working on the AC unit it was 8 at night. The other room was basically a cleaning closet converted into a room. We did get moved to the adult resort the next day. But the only thing we received was an apology. Since it was a girls trip we made the best of it. BUT the day of our return the shuttle never came, had contact the company several times until we just got on one. We almost missed our flights. And there are not many flights back to the US. After talking to other friends, the check in process is common for this company. I do not recommend and will not stay at RIU properties again.

45 shades of Pink
The stay was great. I suggest more food options at night. At 1am there was nothing good to snack on after drinking and dancing at the club. I needed some chicken wings, fries, hamburgers, something hardy not tuna sandwich or bagels

Worth the Wait
I wasn't sure what to expect from some peoples reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The resort is beautiful. Aruba itself is just paradise. The restaurants on the resort provided every kind of food variation you needed. There's some adorable shops on the lower level as well. The grounds are constantly being cleaned. From the staff skimming both pools for leaves, to the mopping of the floors. The staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My only complaint is we had an 2 issues with bath towels being refreshed with ones having stains. They replenished them with new ones and also spoke with the manager. She was very cordial and indicated they would look into the issue. However, this was a little disappointing as we have never encountered this anywhere. As for people complaining about the music by the pool being loud, yes it is. However, in a fun way. They play island themed, as well as non-island. Have a volleyball net which people would partake in, and the swim up bar is very nice. We didn't mind the music at all. If you're looking for dead silence, this isn't the place for you. People also commented on not finding palapas on the beach. We had no issue what so ever. Whether later morning or at noon. Could very well be this time of year being in May. We had no issues finding chairs around the pool either. No matter what time we went. RIU Antillas is full of fun, relaxation, and an inclusive resort worth staying at.
