    The only complaint I have is that the ice machine was out of order on the 13th floor for the 5 days I was there

    The getaway

    Great customer service. The bed was pretty rough to ridget a little to hard for me. I tried to upgrade my room but no change in price after a 2 day stay current room... Bummer 😞

    Add this to your list of places to stay!

    The receptionist was able to give us a room with 2 beds instead of 1 but the room wasn't fully clean and it seemed like the cleaner wasn't finish when we went up. I used their app to place a request to clean the floors and whatnot, which they did while we were at the pool so that was amazing! Definitely utilize their app. The steakhouse was THE place to be. Great food and the best serving staff. The only thing I would change is I would have stayed longer and if we could have the choice of alcohol in our room. We weren't big rum/whiskey drinkers and would have preferred to pick tequila/gin instead.

    Amazing RIU

    RIU in Aruba offers many great things but the service and food are hands down 5 STAR all the way ! I would highly recommend this hotel
