    1st time in Jamaica, Amazing Vacation

    Spent one week at this hotel with my husband and we had an amazing vacation. It was our first time to Jamaica and we can't wait to go back and bring family and friends. The Service was excellent with friendly staff going above & beyond to give you an unforgettable vacation. The food was excellent, there were a lot of options. The a la carts were good and you can book them with the RIU app, you can go in each day and the a la carte option will be there. If you miss the a la carts its no big deal as the buffett was amazing. The Mandalay Asian buffett was amazing also. There is also a 24 hr sports bar and they have a great selection if drinks including specialty coffes. The beach was beautiful. The hotel was renovated a year ago, so everything was beautiful. The entertainment was really good, the beach party, the white party and the Steel birds show was my favorite. The staff are not expecting tips, they provide you great service regardless. We did tip because they deserve it and not because we felt we had to. The staff at Bob's bar at the beach were great, always so happy. This resort is 5* plus and I recommend it to anyone. Can't wait to go back !

    Absolutely amazing holiday! Hotel, facilities and the staff were wonderful, friendly helpful and always had smiles for you. Entertainment food and the whole vibe was excellent definitely going back

    Amazing experience at Riu

    My partner and myself just got back from a 10 day trip. We both loved and enjoyed our stay in the Riu. The food was good and more than enough to choose from. The staff was lovely and friendly, they always made you feel welcomed. We had an ocean view room which was amazing and was cleaned every day. The entertainment was good especially the MJ production. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. A very special mention to the two guys in bar at reception (picture attached). They were amazing and always welcoming and always had a smile om their face. The only downside I would say is there's no lifts and there could have been a wider selection of carribean cuisine. We had the perfect holiday and would definitely stay at the Riu again.

    We arrived and the next thing I remember is 10 days of fantastic food, beautiful beach, great music and great friendly people to help you in every corner. Thank you RIU my family really needed this.
