Great place
We have recently returned from an incredible trip!!! My first time in Jamaica🇯🇲. First time at this fantastic resort. The service was outstanding, entertainment was superb every day and every night, offering something unique each time. The entire staff, was amazing. Special shouts to Alwayne aka Afro King, Charlotte entertainers, security, Marshal she amazing, lifeguards Garth and Khailee, bartenders, housekeepers, and groundskeepers, delivered 100% effort. Please do not forget to tip generously.Everyone I encountered was loving, warm, and welcoming. Thank you, Riu Montego Bay💚🖤💛 The only drawback was that this resort had the lowest tipping culture I have experienced, so I will stress again: tip generously. One Love 🇯🇲 maybe put sign suggesting tip. And the other down fall the tree branches coming up thru the sand needs to be fix my daughter fall slice her big toe really bad.

The place to stay!!
This was a group trip of family and friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the resort, food, drinks, and the staff was amazing! Definitely would stay again.

Good stay!
Some of the buildings do not have elevators, so be prepared to feel the burn! The "Michael Jackson (Michael Back from the Dead)" performance put me to sleep. The show at the Riu in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, was much better. The alcohol at the resort is weak, so I recommend bringing your own if you can. This includes the sparkling wine, which they refer to as champagne. However, the food at the steakhouse and the buffet was great, with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits and desserts. The room was lovely, with a big, spacious balcony. They need to hire more bartenders at the disco. The wait in line is excessive.
