The best resort ever
My family and I came to this resort and the first person we ran into was a man named victor. Ever since that moment we met anytime victor saw us he would come running to give us anything we needed, food, water, beer all of the above. If you stay here look for a man named victor he will take amazing care of you.

Amazing hotel, amazing beach
This place is wonderful. Very clean rooms, fantástic food and you don’t need to reserve on restaurants as others Hotels. The beach is the most beutiful that I have seen on Cancun and the hotel staff is always happy and helpping you in what ever you want. I was on the beach and Waiter was to offer me drinks even if I have not request (in another place you need to go to the bar for it). RIU Dunamar is amazing, i will come back

This place is amazing!!!
We had the best time at this hotel. The service is amazing (especially Adriana!!!) The food could be better (except for Kulinariam...that place is outstanding!). There is always something to do and the facility is so clean. Our room was immaculate! Everyday we came back to a freshly cleaned room with a different towel animal. It's the perfect place for a girls trip. They have adults only pools which we LOVED!!! There are people there to help you book the perfect excursion...I recommend Delphinus, Snorkel Tours, Rio Secreto, and Xplor Fuego! If you want the perfect vacation...you won't be disappointed here.

Excellent Place to stay. I highly recommend.
This was a wonderful hotel and facility. There was so much to do. The most enjoyable thing was the animation team. Attending Santi's classes was one of my favourite activities to do. They are such a hard working staff that works around the clock. Kudo's to the entire animation team. The entire staff was very friendly and professional everywhere you go. The night life is quite lively. The have white parties, and neon parties where the entire auditorium is dancing and the entertainment team is up on stage dancing. If you are interested in partying, you will enjoy this resort. The room was very nice and comfortable. Our view was absolutely gorgeous! Everything in the room looked quite new and reasonably new. The beach was the best part of the entire resort. The beach had a little bit of seaweed, but the team was on top of cleaning it right away. There were a few waves, so you had to swim with caution, but we really enjoyed it because we are both okay swimmers. The food is endless and excellent quality. But there were significant lines on all food stations. It wasn't that bad, but just keep that in mind. The gym is quite small and very busy so you are often waiting to use equipment. But still an okay facility for a short stay. They have most of the equipment you need to get by, but the dumbbells are mostly heavier. They don't have too many light weights. We did have an issue when we first checked in because they didn't have a room for us. They asked us to stay in Riu Latino (adults only) which was about 5 minutes away. Our friends were going to join us a few days later at Riu Dunamar so we needed to be back at this hotel. It was a bit of a hassle having to unpack and pack, check-in and check-out a couple of times during the trip. The front desk dealt with it so well, and was able to accommodate us in one of their best rooms after we went to Latino for a few days then came back to Dunamar. So their customer service in that regard was really great, but I wish we could have avoided the whole situation to begin with. I would definitely recommend you stay here.
