    Well worth the trip

    Great place really enjoyable. The only problem we had was finding some of the activities. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There was always something to eat and the food was good. We will be going back next year. Great place to take kids.

    Excellent Holiday

    This was our first visit to Mexico. The hotel was absolutely amazing, so clean and all the staff were wonderful and friendly. A massive shout out and thank you to the guys in Tequila Bar, Armando, Jesus and Rene (apologies for spelling) what a great bunch we hope they remember how to make Tequila Rosé and Baby Guinness ! There is nothing negative about this hotel, we had a day where storm Helena hit and cam back to two inches of water on our room. The housekeepers were in with their squidgy mops and we were free of water on 40 mins. The housekeepers and ground staff worked tirelessly to keep the hotel water free all day and the catering staff were out of this world. We had the same server at dinner as we did at breakfast and she still had a smile, wish I had caught her name. The parties are brilliant and would recommend the white party, such good fun. There are 4 restaurants, we only tried 3 as were advised to avoid the Italian. The other 3 were brilliant and the steak house was amazing. (You have to tip to get a table). Take lots of mosquito spray, we were eaten alive and to buy it on resort was £15 a bottle, but I will say it did stop them feasting! If you choose this resort you will have an amazing holiday. We will definitely return.

    Cancun enlightened

    I was amazed of the service was uninterrupted doing the storm and the breakfast, lunch and dinner was great with the sport bar open all night. Great all inclusive

    We love all the bartenders at this bar, especially Willy (pool bar) Mezcal Felt like a (Cheers bar) from day 1 !!! Amazing shots plus Amazing music makes for an amazing day!! The Grill is perfectly placed right behind this place... Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Pizza, and Nachos!!! Diet starts when we get home, but we're enjoying every second of being here!!!

    Had a wonderful time with the children area!! We had alot of creativity with the staff Alin and Jessy. We made mexican hats, Mexican piñata, playdoh, also had plenty of help and very respectful with all kids and very clean with the environment. I will definitely come back! Love this place so much.
