This is a lovely hotel in a excellent, quiet location. The private beach area with infinity pool was brilliant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are cleaned to a good standard. There isn't a plug near to the mirror so found it difficult drying/ straightening my hair. Wish I had taken an extension lead with me. There is a dryer in the bathroom but this gets very hot. Also I like to do my hair whilst my husband is showering. The restaurant is very big and the food was brilliant. We didn't find it repetitive and could always make a very good and tasty meal. The only problem was that some of the staff were grumpy and plates not cleared very quickly. Also a bit of a wait to get a drink. Our experience in restaurant Ole was very good and the food lovely here. The hotel is in a lovely quiet spot with no bucket and spade shops or English bars. This was great for us and we don't like that. Along the walk way are a few boutique shops, a chemist and very nice restaurants. To the front of the hotel across the road there is a small supermarket. The hotel has two pools with lots of sunbeds. We didn't use these as we found the private beach area with infinity pool just perfect. So we used this each day. You do however have a little walk and 77 steps down to get to it. We found that ok and was good to walk off all the lovely food we had eaten. I think anyone with mobility issues may struggle. There is a large room partly inside and outside for entertainment. We only went in here once and had quite a wait for drinks. We found a lovely chillout bar along the walkway which was perfect for us to go to after dinner. It did however mean those 77 steps down again and back up later in the evening. The reception staff were lovely and very informative. This is a lovely looking and very clean hotel. We would definitely return but maybe try the Riu Palace next time.

One of the best.
First visit to this Hotel but have stopped in a RIU before. Really pleasant atmosphere throughout the Hotel with excellent facilities and surroundings. The staff all look happy and nothing too much trouble. Excellent choice of food to choose from and the breakfast choice is one of the best I have had. Rooms are spotless we could have had a better room but sadly both of us are carrying an injury so was pleased to have been offered a room within a short distance of reception and no stairs. The holiday has gone bye so quickly we will be leaving in within a day on an early flight and will miss this place. If you’re planning on booking this place you won’t regret it. Whatever nationality it caters for all, and is a 10 out of 10 fantastic. Special mention to Angel.. tough crowd to please but a great artist who got the crowd to join in. Also really enjoyed the RIU party well worth the visit and was free.

4th visit to this lovely clean hotel. The entertainment has improved since our last visits making to occasional evening in entertaining. Food was fine and the Riu party on a Friday is amazing. Sadly, some guests were very rude at the buffet and simply don't know how to wait their turn. Loads of sunbeds but some reserved at 8am this was no problem as I simply moved them myself to confuse the selfish when they arrived at 11.30am.

Fabulous holiday guaranteed
Love this hotel, returning year after year. Friendly, helpful staff, great food, comfortable rooms and 2 beautiful pools. The only downside is there are 70+ steps to access the beach club and the sea front. There is also a steep slope at the front of the hotel to access the supermarket or bus stop. Access issues aside, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend.

Delighted with choice of hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and cheerful (apart from a single and therefore unusual occasion when a reception member was needed to deal with the problem of the safe lock - no opportunity to confirm the code is provided so an accidental error in entering the final digit requires a complete reset). The food choice and quality were excellent. The hotel offers a range of facilities - includinga a gym and excellent pool and terrace
