This hotel is located approximately a mile from Universal Studios, if you are planning a visit to the theme park this is a great location. The hotel is a little outdated, but the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very affordable. I enjoyed my stay.

Clean, safe, simple hotel with a decent breakfast. Though it’s not modern, the price was excellent. Check-in was easy. The receptionist was very friendly. It’s down the street from Universal Studios. Several restaurants near by too. Definitely recommend.

The worst experience ever. Rooms are very dirty, filthy smell, toilet and bathroom needs deep cleaning. 90% of the room contents don't work. Blocked toilet etc. Poor customer service out facilities is very dirty. My family and I will not stay in this hotel ever again. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

a little dated but EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN & FRIENDLY! RECOMMEND COMPLETELY!!
WOW..... so upon entering i was a little hmmmmmmm UNTIL I was greeted by the gals on the desk -- what a welcome! Upon heading up to my room, I ran into a couple guys who were working and they were cordial and welcoming, I appreciated their gentlemanly courtesy of holding the elevator and allowing me to enter first. Upon entering the room I will admit the furniture is a little dated but you know what -- the cleanliness and new mattress w/bedding made none of it matter!! As it's an older property there was ample space in the room and the separate bathroom to sink was perfect. There was a lot of room on the sink counter too for all the "stuff". The water pressure was also some of the best I've had in a hotel shower in many MANY years of traveling..... it was fabulous!!! It was a very easy walk to the park system and also areas for eating. The staff mentioned a new owner and let me tell you -- BRAVO new owner(s)!!! I also noticed in the room my travel buddy was staying in the old, but not widely known, "dump bucket toilets. This was brilliant on the move of the ownership. it is a water saver AND saves on cleaning and maintenance. when the tank doesn't have to fill it then doesn't sweat. when it doesn't sweat, it doesn't ruin seals, caulking or walls!!! I won't say it was perfect as there were obvious signs of age but you can tell it's a work in progress (like many of us)..... could also use some new pillows but the sleep was still great!!

very nice location and good to just come back at night to sleep
Awesome location, very close to attractions (Sea world, Discovery cove, Universal Orlando. We stayed here for 2 nights with another family with small kids, going to Sea world took 10 to 15 minutes and also close to Interstate 4. The breakfast is fine with waffle station, and usual bakery items, Coffee, tea etc. Butter was not there (if you definitely need it). The front desk girls are very friendly and check in was easy. The only annoying thing was the door to my room, It was broken and each time we had to use a considerable force to open and close it.
